Das ist nicht meine Aero Position. Momentan kann ich den Kopf nur hängen lassen.Nach monatelangem Kampf gegen Knie Schmerzen, OP vor 4 Wochen und weiterhin ohne Besserung möchte ich aufgeben. Ich kann nicht mehr. Sitze am Rad, trete meine Physio Einheit mit 80 Watt und statt Schweiß fließen nur Tränen. Noch trete ich. Sport ist Routine für mich. Ich liebe es einfach.Diese Ruhe in der Früh... Musik hören, Aussicht genießen und Beine bewegen 😁Wohl eine meiner letzten Ausfahrten vor meiner Knie OP nächste Woche.
