Calling all the ADR crew! We are taking over the awesome @planet.wax record shop for a late one on Saturday 3rd October. @pesothemedic, @dj_remedee. @mr_naylor and @russellfisheroms will be joining station boss @l0fth0use for a dig through jungle, drum & bass and hardcore history.

Free entry, lovely staff, tasty beers!

Shout to the @timelinesdnb crew who are on before us with a frankly ridiculous line-up - make sure you get there early! taken in Planet Wax by @l0fth0use

Day 2 of the Limestone Link. Clutton to Hinton Blewitt and across to East Harptree before climbing onto the Mendips, along the bottom of Black Down, across Dolebury Warren and up Roeberrow Bottom into Shipham for a well-earned pint of Hardings Bitter and a lime and soda at the Shipham Inn. Stiff legs and more climbing meant fewer photos, but it's a lovely part of the world! Shout to the post walk pint crew. taken in The Shipham Inn by @l0fth0use

Last weekend's big adventure, walking the Limestone Link - day 1. 25 miles with a pack from Cold Ashton to Clutton, taking in St. Catherine's Valley, Batheaston and the Kennet & Avon Canal before swinging up through Monkton Combe, Midford, the Wheatsheaf at Combe Hay, Dunkerton, Cameron, Radford, Hallatrow and Clutton. Pints are Butcombe (brown) and lime & soda (greenish). I camped at the Dagger Wood Campsite (not pictured because it got dark and I was very tired). taken in Dagger Wood Campsite by @l0fth0use

It’s Guy from the Collector Cave’s birthday and the Education Sessions gang are throwing him a party, in collaboration with the Scratch Cafe.

Join us at Lost Horizon on Wednesday for an early-doors, mid-week pop-up! Free entry, good drinks selection, a nice easy vibe and the chance to be in bed by midnight!

Education Sessions residents Aftershock, Buzzby and DeeJay Endo will be warming up alongside the Drumsoldier himself, playing a mix of jungle and drum & bass from across the eras - all strictly vinyl.

They are joined in the booth by one half of Chromatic, the Bristol-based duo responsible for a string of amazing releases on labels like Formation, Innerground, Dope Plates, Tempo and Chronic.

It’s gonna be a hot one (in every way) so come shake a leg with us and remember to stay hydrated! taken in Lost Horizon by @l0fth0use

A Monday ramble through sun-baked Cotswold fields. Luckington to Littleton Drew and Alderton taking in the Fosse Way, old oaks, winding footpaths and lots of stiles. Post-walk pint (shout to the crew) is Ramsbury Farmer's Best at the Old Royal Ship in Luckington, a really lovely community pub and shop. Oh, and a lime and soda with tons of ice because it was fucking hot. #beyondbristolwalks #cotswolds #mondaywalk #fuckinghot taken in Old Royal Ship by @l0fth0use

A lovely Sunday walk with @janinekay from Edge to Painswick with its churchyard containing 99 yews and back for a post-walk pint of Uley Pale at the lovely Edgemoor Inn. A shortish walk, but a proper Cotswold classic - fields, woods, honey coloured stone, steep climbs and fucking Teslas and Range Rovers everywhere. taken in Edgemoor Inn by @l0fth0use
