Long story short, I survived 🎓.
Me and my parents came to this country with nothing but hopes and dreams, new language , new people and still come out on top regardless of the challenges it took to get here. From being able to test out of ESL and constantly being on honor roll to experiencing heartbreak and constant mental difficulties, I still came out on top and I am grateful that i’ve pulled through everything. Speaking at graduation was a big blessing and im glad i got to share that with everybody.

I would like start this off with the biggest thank you to everyone who has supported my journey since day 1. All of my friends, family, teachers and more are the reason i’m able to hold my first and certainly not last diploma. All glory to god over all who made this possible. If there’s any life advice i can leave you all with is just do it. You can either do it and experience it or regret that you didn’t for the rest of your life. Knowing what you like and funding yourself is all about risk and you will have to take many to finally come out on top, if you keep on dreaming then everything you want and more will come true but it all has to start with you. #latinoexcellence #graduation #graduate by @l0v3barb

Being the first in my Family to pursue my higher education, has been such a blessing beyond the stress and pressure i’ve put on myself, I continue to fight for myself and my parents and I couldn’t be prouder to be a first gen at a hispanic serving institution. I don’t know what will come next or what i’ll endure during this journey but i’ll take it all as a lesson.❤️

For as long as I’ve known , I always wanted to work and operate in the medical field and have been given various opportunities to, in the summer I will have hopefully been certified as an EKG tech entering the workforce before college and then ill hopefully get out of college being a healthcare administrator director.

I want to give appreciation to all my friends, family and teachers who have believed in me for as long as I could know. by @l0v3barb

In dedication of my spring concert coming up I wanted to fully dedicate my appreciation and love to the program that gave me everything. I’ve laughed, I’ve cried and fell and won. Overall this program and its people has been the best set of family anybody can ever have, I don’t know if I’ll ever move on but i’ll always be grateful for the music🎶🎼 by @l0v3barb
