Hey Granny, today is a special day because today is your day. I miss you so much. Sometimes I wish I had somebody I could really talk to, someone who would listen without judgment but still give me that tough love I needed for clarity. I know you’d probably be upset with some of the things and decisions I’ve made in my life, especially the times I got in my own way. There have been times when I didn’t know what to say or how to go about certain things, and I wish I could sit down and talk to you about it. But I know you’re always there, up there with God, bragging about me, watching over me and our family, and guiding us all through our own journeys. I know you’re still with us in so many ways. Today is your birthday, and I just want you to know that you will forever be in our hearts. We miss you, we love you, and I hope you continue to watch over us all. I prayed for God to lead me into something new, and I’m now choosing to trust His guidance instead of defaulting to what feels familiar. I’m deeply thankful for this fresh start, and while I won’t pretend like I’m not afraid, I understand that faith isn’t about having certainty it’s about surrendering to God even when the journey is unclear. I truly believe I’m exactly where I’m meant to be, and I’m grateful for the people He’s placed in my life to help me grow, elevate, and step boldly into this next season. This moment represents more than just a new beginning it’s a shift in mindset, a higher level of purpose, and a completely new narrative.
