SILICA

SILICA is a collection of textured fragments, worn edges and faded details. A set of vials empty of what they held previously, now home to delicate dirt. Sounds designed less to replace or consume but more to settle into the spaces in between.

Created by pushing tools to their limits, these layers erode and reshape what might already exist. Dusty transients, brittle harmonics and shifting noise become part of the whole.

Not pristine. Not clean.
Weathered and embedded.
The sand between the cracks.

10 p.m. - Vol. 1

This tape was created with the shards of past ideas. Unfinished and unpolished. Lost projects with corrupt files, half-formed without a chance to breathe.

These are presented to you as a collection of pieces we found along the road. Fragments of the past that reflect our journey. Within them lies a certain truth.

A truth that doesn't need to be whole to be real.

With split tongue
And bitter mouth
Wade through dark water
Where grey bleeds into black
How deep does the next step go
