Some came to compete.
Some came to learn.
Everyone came alive.

Jump Rope Revolution 2026 was tricks, sweat, laughter, fast cardio, and pure community energy.

This is what getting fit should feel like.

Amsterdam, you were special.
2027… we’re already coming for more.

Some weekends you attend. This one you survive, then beg for the next. 🔥

Friday we took the city. 🚶
Vondelpark to the Foodhallen, ropes in hand, strangers turning into the Family by the hour.

Saturday we owned Hoekenrodeplein.

Eight hours of crazy weather, sweat, and spins.

The parties in between are the part the camera barely caught. You had to be there. A lot of you were.

This is what happens when a rope becomes a reason to show up.

To every single person who traveled, jumped, danced, and stayed until the lights came up: this weekend was yours. 🙏

We just pressed record.

MASSIVE THANKS to the crew that held the floor all weekend 👇

🦘@thehighjump_ DELIVERED ONCE MORE! 🔥 Thanks for the SICK battles!

🎧 On the decks for 8 straight hours: @dondevofficial - LIT! 🔥

See you at the next one.

🖤💙JRR’26

All year, you hold the rope alone.

A few times a year, you find out how many people were holding it too. 🫶🏾

Swipe one is everyone who showed up.
Swipe two is what it looks like when we let go at the same time. 🔥

YOU BUILT THIS! 🫵🏾

Every edition, every face in this square, every rope in the air.
Not us. YOU!

Alone, you proved you could keep a promise.
Together, you proved it was never just yours.

See you at the sixth.

Fitness Challenge 💪 #151

Amsterdam was glowing with the only one @la.jeria ☀️
But the challenge stayed brutal.

25 burpees in 60 seconds.
€50 for the finish.

The last 10 reps decide everything.

Follow 👉 @hafrasports for more urban fitness challenges.

Rare clip of us jumping together 🤪❤️

From hosting events together to building businesses, creating ideas, motivating people and pushing each other to grow… it’s the kind of friendship I’ll always cherish @geraldo.alken 💗

Business is important, but genuine friendships along the way are even more valuable ✨

More events. More growth. More memories. ⚡️

There is a moment at every Jump Rope Event where something shifts.

You stop watching and you start moving. You stop feeling like a stranger and you start feeling like you belong. You stop thinking about what you look like and you start remembering why you started.

That moment is different for everyone.

But everyone has it.

That is not an accident. It is what happens when you put the right people in the right space and let movement do what movement has always done. Break down the walls people spend years building up.

We have been doing this for five years. And the one thing that has never changed is this: people arrive as individuals and leave as a community.

12 coaches flew in from across the world to be there for that moment. For your moment.

Two days. One square in Amsterdam. Free entry.

Because this was never about who could afford to show up.

It was always about who was ready to.

Are you ready?

Jump Rope Revolution. Edition 5.
June 12 + 13. Amsterdam.
