Give whatever it takes, run it🏃🏻‍♂️! Last #seawheeze I ran I hit 1:37, this year I hit 1:44 🤷🏻‍♂️ I had to cut mass and drop to my running weight (lose 2-3lbs).. and was hoping to hit 1:30 -1:35. Who’s been to Niagara Falls? Never thought I’ll be in this water... I am blessed I got the opportunity to experience this fall live with my parents, sister, uncle, auntie and cousins who stays 15-20 mins away from the Niagara Fall (Canadian side)! Been lazy to post the rest of my Europe trip but finally here is Cinque Terre, Italy 🇮🇹. I need to get the rest of the videos edit 😲Went to all five islands. Stayed at Vernazza, which was my favorite island. My sister and I hiked the islands Monterosso.

Roma aka Rome 🇮🇹was one of my favorite place! Got to see the pope! Got to chill at the Colosseum! Being there was like a dream 🤫😂 (lowkey I had to watch the gladiators after being there) Definitely #romeitaly off my bucket list ✅

#FlorenceItaly 🇮🇹 was one of the city I loved.. definitely one off my bucket list ✅
Went and shop in the very first @gucci store! Yes our airBnB was near Gucci, technically just right at the tourist spot. Florence was known for their steak 🥩 #chianineriafirenze and tripe. These are the places I checked out as well:

Uffizi Gallery (Galleria degli Uffizi)

No cars or bikes in Venice, Italy 🇮🇹 Love this place. Overall the place was like a maze, get lost but no matter where you go you’ll end up at the same place you start. Got to finally see the real #grandcanal bridge of Venice which is the #Rialtobridge were all the boats and even the famous #gondola go thru! Venice was also known for their seafood, always fresh out of Adriatic Sea! Also check out the mad colored houses of Burano. Berlin, Germany 🇩🇪 was one of the places I visited during my #Europe trip! Purpose of coming here was my sister ran the Marathon to get qualified for the Boston Marathon. Yes, she did get qualified for the Boston Marathon and she clocked in 3:36 (qualification 3:40) ✅ Other than that, I toured Berlin in four days 🙌🏾 and this place was fun! #europetrip #threeweekvacation taken in Berlin, Germany by @la671
