~ Bliss After Sunrise in Naples ~
When I am alone the world is mine
lounging in summer's heat under a tree I let all be — hiking up and down, running open paths, those forbidden above all feed my veins as I imbibe succulent coastal vistas and musical chords with Dionysian flare, the birds' voices tingle my tongue into a song — nobody, but the wind judges me, I'm free like the breeze swiping the empty stone paths on this road where others trod before and in a few minutes will pursue the world as I did in my sublime, noiseless solitude needing nobody

For I want only music in my life, no clatter to distract me
All I need is my inclusive and expulsive breath, the prana Inhabiting my body being "l" — I'm the bird, one of the flock and a part of countless sentient species

Awakening. Sunrise is one of those free, fleeting, magic realities we all can savor in the awe of beauty in the solar reach of the universe. While capturing beauty before it fades away is wonderful, human creativity can do more than a pretty picture, it can stir our consciousness, move us to action and perhaps to change the world to be a better place. Is our rational mind the happier choice? Perhaps we need heroes in tales following their heart even when the happily ever after does not happen. Life is change, and what in our bodies changes the fastest are emotions and thoughts.

Imagination is powerful, it can bring light and thus helping us with the momentary bleak reality. Yoga and meditation curb the wild monkey to the kind disciplined expression of existence. Tantra accepts and liberates our wholeness without red flags of the mind conditioned by our past and ever changing societal rules.

Is to live simply, rejecting all cravings, wiser than living in our truth? The verity we could not accept based on rational analysis?

In some interpretations of the chacra system, truth (Satya in Vishuda) comes from the unstruck heart (Anahata). It is the mind that colors our clear vision but also the wounded heart protecting itself. And who walking this world has a heart made of unscratched metal? Park run musing: some need crowds to cheer them up in the marathon of today, others find inner spark that drives them beyond the approval of the crowd.

If what you do springs from your authentic heart, keep running. That, for me, is true loving ~ that includes respect for others choice to be happy their way, unforced, genuine, free. A tree keeps growing even between and from rocks.

Listening fuels understanding.
Don't feed the wildlife when what you do is killing. Sometimes sharing isn't caring. Attention with open mind, and letting the wild creation do what's best for it.

Yet some try to persuade us with their lies.
The lies they knit from twisting reality ever spinning the new world. If their twists come from desiring power over others, these manipulators poison society.

The only infinity there is, may well be the hope in our soul's immortality.

Namesday is particular to a few cultures in Eastern Europe. I didn't know until well into my thirties that my Slavic name Radka means the Spirit of Joy. Do you know what your given name represents? I sought deeper along the ancient roots of the name as far as Egypt. Thank you all beautiful souls, pictured or not, who brought more joy into my spirit over the past year. Joy doesn't have to always smile, she can feel it deep inside. Can you spot what should be different about my tree pose (Vrksasana)?

In my teenage modeling years I followed the photographer's instruction, not a yoga teacher. I also didn't know the anatomic details of each posture.
What I love about this embodied lifestyle philosophy is that I never stop learning. There is always a new perspective or clarification of why something works, including my mind, so one never gets bored as with most, less holistic, disciplines. Yoga is like progressive science tested through disciplined practice. It's a living experiment.

In the contemporary yoga practice, some established cues were proven to be harmful. From my almost three decades of experience, a great teacher learns from their mistakes and from other teachers. While my view is that no acrobatic movement is needed if your mind can ground in stillness. Most of us get there through movement, so let's arrive in Śānta (peace) safely.

Learning the millennia old philosophy of prevailingly emaciated male practitioners, today we realized that it must be combined with somatic disciplines to improve the method. #lamuseblue #yogalife #asanapractice #🧘🏽‍♀️#embodiedphilosophy by @la_muse_blue

Maybe intuition is embodied experience? First seeing into yourself — what you did, how it felt, then how others behave and react — imprints on the sixth sense sharpened by growing awareness. For five years, I've been dedicated to this day journal, some journeys took me apart from it, but a week or a month later I was back. Sometimes carefully, other times spontaneously flowing with my pen over its narrow daily entries. Life twisted on Assumption...

champagne is my evening caffeine
tennis became my afternoon tea
a friend infuses play with joy's plea
and
a butterfly trusts our fleeting game

at night the waiter saves me from the rain
Joseph, like my father, was his name crossing cultures and faiths in twists
and
stars are shining if no clouds, moons
cover their light like my soul when lost

and as I walk in darkness around the lake
I see the purpose in coexistence — the water, the infinite sky, grounded by the Earth's embrace —
our natures become one in peace,
no envy steals hearts for appearance

It's never too late to begin friendships. Live in the present, and don't forget you'll carry that into the future. The value of a friendship grows not only with time but by being accepted as you change and are seen truly for who you are.
