I’m still kind of processing how amazing this is… 🖤

I’ll be DJing Night One of Absolution Fest 2026 alongside the iconic @williamfaith13 .

As someone who genuinely loves this music and this scene, getting the opportunity to share the decks with someone who has been such an influential part of it feels pretty damn surreal.

I’m excited. I’m nervous. And I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the night that kicks off three days of Absolution.

Greetings from beyond the grave; the anniversary of my demise is quickly approaching, which means a celebration is in order- last year, mourners buried the dearly departed (yours truly) in a Victorian Funeral Dirge- this time, we gather here to unearth the (un)dead and see if the disease-stricken countess is still kicking with the mounting string of animal attacks amidst. The casket remains ajar, exposing the tattered shroud adorned in bloodstains- the corpse perfectly preserved with lingering traces of poison still trickling through her veins. ⚰️🦇🧪

This congregation will meet at approximately 8PM @hotwaxcoffeeybor but feel free to trickle in at any time. There will be living dead DJs playing throughout the night including @djnemesistampa and featuring @labellasandra bringing you all the melodic moody pangs of darkness your withered hearts desire. ❤️‍🔥🏹

In addition to this, there will be themed drinks (perhaps centered around different blood types) to tickle a vampire’s fancy, available only on 9/25

Pry me out of my velvet lined casket and imbibe in libations while I quench my undying bloodlust. 🪦📿🕸️
Allow me to entice you into my dominion where you can drain your sanguinary sorrows- whether you are a Victorian vamp, a 1980s bloodsucker, a futuristic Nosferatu, or anything in between— all walks of death are welcome extending across all cultures— Strigoi, Upir, jiangshi, or Nachzehrer- you name it.
I am giving you free rein to explore vampire mythology in all of its various shapes and sizes, so feel free to get creative with it- whether you opt for the classical vamp or avant-garde creature of the night. Embody a beloved character from vampire media or invent your own interpretation through inspirations.
No slayers will be permitted on the premises- we aren’t trying to get staked after our long slumber just yet. ⛪️
However, though it is NOT mandatory that you dress up, it is highly encouraged- when in doubt, don a dark wardrobe with some fangs and bloodshed.

Prepare to crawl out of your crypts- you are formally INVITED to watch me, the deceased, claw out of my casket and succumb to the hunger. I hope you’re thirsty. 🩸🍷🥀 by @labellasandra

Sunday we had communion with @communion_after_dark ! I was excited to photograph a band I’ve been a longtime fan of and will always follow because they are the most amazing humans!

Highlight for me was the crowd go wild over NO BITE (… sounds about right) ❤️. But over all they are unapologetically on point in stage. Hands down the best set up. It’s almost like a 90s fort of synths! Tower of Power! 🥊

Much appreciation for openers @nuxx.worldwide and @warhors3music yall set the positive mood to what became a great night!

Let’s do it again tonight Sept 15, 2026 at THE ORPHEUM for Buzz Kull/Kontravoid!
