On August 15, 2018, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department filed a Declaration of Warrant against Wilfred Lee Jr. for sex trafficking of an adult. Two days later a judge signed a $20,000 arrest warrant. The state did not invent those charges from thin air. The next slides are the actual pages of Detective Deeds’s affidavit that produced the warrant — the recorded interview, the Instagram messages, the photo lineups, and the surveillance. This is the packet the state had when it charged him. Four years later it dropped the case and left no reason on the record. Read the pages.

This is page one of the affidavit that produced the warrant

Detective O. Deeds of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department wrote it under oath on July 13, 2018. She states that the investigation into sex trafficking of an adult on or about June 9, 2018 has developed Wilfred Lee Jr. as the perpetrator.

On June 10 at 3:52 p.m. the complaining witness called LVMPD from room 5164 at the Wynn and reported that two unknown males had driven her to the strip area and told her she had to work as a prostitute. Officer Ripley responded, confirmed the report, and contacted Vice. Deeds and Detective Schallipp then conducted a digitally recorded interview with her. The page says what follows is a summary of her statements and is not verbatim.

In that summary she said a man who introduced himself as Lee messaged her on Instagram, told her he was a producer with photo shoots for her in Las Vegas, and arranged for her to take a Greyhound bus on June 9 so he could pick her up. The affidavit states that Lee was later positively identified as Wilfred Lee Jr.

The complaining witness told detectives she was picked up by Lee and a second man he introduced as his brother, “Majah.” “Majah” was later positively identified as Justin Patterson. They drove her to an apartment. She had hidden two hundred dollars in her shoes and left five dollars by @labs7754

Wilfred L. Lee Jr. found the courthouse again.

Not to explain the 2022 Hawaii fugitive affidavit. Not to explain Clark County. He found it on January 8, 2025 because he says a man named Terry White punched him in the face three times at the house in Ewa Beach and threatened him if he called the police.

He called anyway. He wrote down HPD 25-009322. He signed a declaration under penalty of perjury. He asked a judge to keep the man 10 feet away, off the property, and away from a handgun. First Circuit stamped it the next morning. Case 1DSS-25-0000038. Ex parte TRO, January 9, 2025.

So the man who treats other people’s paperwork like content ran to paperwork the morning after a house fight.

Reputation is all he has until somebody hits him. Then reputation needs a case number.

He will livestream a lecture about informants, fugitives, and everybody else’s jacket. He will not livestream this caption: Petitioner Wilfred L. Lee Jr. Respondent Terry White. Same address on both lines. “Morning of 1/8/25 at 2:00pm.” That sentence alone is a comedy special.

This is not a verdict on the punch. This is the docket. When the paper helps him, he files it. When the paper names him, it is a vendetta.

From Las Vegas to Miami Beach, the legal troubles continue for Justin Patterson, a close friend of Wilfred Lee Jr.

Back in August 2018, Patterson and Wilfred Lee Jr. were named as co-defendants in Clark County, Nevada (Case Nos. 18F14683A and 18F14683B), facing serious felony charges for sex trafficking of an adult and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. After 4 years on the run—including out-of-state fugitive warrants and Lee Jr.’s fugitive complaint filed in Hawaii in September 2022, alongside Patterson's brief arrest in Miami that same month—Nevada entered a Nolle Prosequi on both men.

Fast forward to November 2025, and Patterson found himself back in the spotlight in Miami Beach. Following a human trafficking detail, police arrested Patterson after discovering a hotel room used for prostitution was booked under his name and U.S. passport. When officers detained him on Liberty Avenue, he initially gave a false name ("Jacob Pearson") before his true identity was confirmed via mugshots. He was charged with renting/providing space for prostitution, resisting an officer without violence, and an outstanding bench warrant.

Court dockets reveal that his Miami case moved through months of counsel changes, discovery, and trial scheduling through mid-2026, culminating in a plea hearing set for September 17, 2026.

Pattersons co-defendant Wilfred Lee Jr. was also a wanted fugitive for the same felony charges. According to the sworn affidavit it states “I, PHILLIP LAVARIAS, a Special Agent with the Department of the Attorney General, state on oath that Wilfred LEE Jr. stands charged in Justice Court, Las Vegas Township, Clark
County of the State of Nevada, with the offense of CONSPIRACY TO COMMITT SEX TRAFFICKING...a Category B Felony, and SEX TRAFFICKING...Category B Felony…That said Wilfred LEE Jr. is a fugitive from Justice and is believed to be within this State.”

Both Patterson and Lee were fugitives for 4 years. On August 17, 2018 Probable cause was found for both Patterson and Lee, that same day their arrests warrants were issued and they were arrested as fugitives by September 2022.

A nolle prosequi is not a finding of innocence because it is a voluntary dismissal of charges by the prosecutor, not a judicial ruling on the facts of the case. When a prosecutor enters a nolle prosequi in a sex trafficking case, it simply means the State is declining to prosecute the charges at that time.

Justin Patterson and Wilfred Lee Jr were not acquitted of these charges neither convicted.

These guys aren’t passing any background checks with a wanted fugitive file for sex trafficking.

Nana, this post is for you. You run YouTube channels @nanakworld and @NanakwakuLive like you stand for something, so why does that stand disappear when the man on the other box is Wilfred Lee Jr.?

Slide one is you on his stream. Wilfred is hosting. You are the guest. If your content is a moral line, why did you cross it for airtime with a man with sex trafficking papers?

Slide two is the Hawaii complaint, case 1CSP-22-0000243, filed 23 September 2022. A state agent swore Wilfred Lee Jr. was charged with conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and sex trafficking, and that he was a fugitive from Justice. If you name predators, why did Wilfred's paperwork not keep you off his livestream?

Slide three is the oath. The agent says Wilfred Lee Jr. is wanted for those charges and that he is a fugitive from Justice. Dated 22 September 2022. Notary seals. If wanted is the word on the paper, what does it say about your character that you still sat there on his livestream?

Slide four is how you treat men who are not useful to you. You put Skylar, Aaron, Floyd and Auston under a predator title. Floyd Wallace is the only one with Brazil news stories about sexual exploitation of a minor and sex trafficking, and even that is news, we never seen a sworn complaint like the Hawaii file. Why do those 3 get the jacket and Wilfred Lee Jr. get the guest box?

Slide five is your video, Why Most Passport bros are Sex Tourists. If that title is a moral claim, why did you never put it next to the fugitive papers on Wilfred Lee Jr.?

1DCW-16-0003769. Filed Sept 9, 2016.

Charge: Assault in the Third Degree, HRS 707-712(1)(a).
On or about September 7, 2016, she caused bodily injury to Shirley Jones.

That’s her mother. That’s the paper.

This page is the court minutes from June 15, 2016. Family Court, Kapolei. Judge Paul T. Murakami.

They called Nicole Lee three times at 8:55 a.m. She did not answer. She had already been served on June 6, so the judge defaulted her for not showing up.

Shirley Jones was there. A DHS social worker named Robert Asato was there too, with a report.

Shirley testified. She told the court the children’s father had been gone four years and lives on the mainland.

The court granted her request: a one-year order for protection. Shirley is on it. Both grandchildren are on it.
Nicole is prohibited from contacting Shirley or those two children.

The judge also told Shirley to file for emergency temporary guardianship.

Nicole can only see the kids through supervised visits at PACT. That’s what this page says.

This is the rest of that same order, plus the docket after it.

She has one week from June 15 to register at PACT. She pays for those visits. The firearm provision is invoked. The whole order runs until June 15, 2017. Order entered.

Under that is the case log: proof she was served, more proof of service in July, then subpoenas and “notice of denied access” entries into the fall.

Two lines on this page are marked confidential — a DHS report and a Child Welfare disposition. They’re sealed child-welfare paper.

Bottom line of this file: by June 15, 2016 the court had already told her stay away. The order still had a year left on September 7, when the assault case starts.

This is the paper he does not want next to that face. Hawaii called him a fugitive. Las Vegas charged him with sex trafficking of an adult. He wants the post gone. The clerk is still here. Swipe.

Special Agent Phillip Lavarias swears Wilfred Lee Jr. stands charged in Las Vegas with conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and sex trafficking, and that he is a fugitive from justice believed to be in this State. That is not gossip. That is the Attorney General. Swipe. He buried a post. He did not bury this stamp.

Read the oath. 22 September 2022. The same agent swears the same two Category B felonies from Clark County and Las Vegas Metro. Then the sentence Wilfred Lee Jr. keeps calling a lie: he is a fugitive from justice and is believed to be within this State. A man who was “the wrong Wilfred” does not need a notary on a fugitive affidavit. A man who has nothing to hide does not send Instagram after the people who print it. Ask why the defense is a takedown instead of an open page?

Four days after the letter, Wilfred Lee Jr. signs a waiver of extradition on 1CSP-22-0000243. He says he has been told the Nevada charges. He consents to return to Nevada. The form says this is not an admission of guilt. It is also not a tourist visa. He signed it. Then he built a channel and told you the file was fake. Taking a post down does not unswear this signature. Ask why a cleared man had to waive a Governor’s warrant to face sex-trafficking counts in Las Vegas?

The next morning All in 1 Bonding posts twenty thousand dollars on Wilfred Lee Jr. Case 1CSP-22-0000243. Police report 5D-22-06933. He told a live he had two bails in two states and asked you not to ask why. This is the Hawaii bail. The Vegas warrant was already set at twenty thousand in 2018. Two states. Two bonds. One name. Ask why a travel page needs a fugitive bond before it needs a thumbnail?

This Reel is the court file Travel Wilf hoped you would not open.

The video walks the pages, starting with Hawaii case 1CSP-22-0000243, filed 23 September 2022. That letter says Wilfred Lee Jr. stands charged in Las Vegas with sex trafficking and conspiracy, and it calls him a fugitive from justice. Four days later he is in the Oahu jail.

The warrant behind that letter is not new. Las Vegas opened 18F14683A on 15 August 2018 and a judge signed the arrest warrant on 17 August 2018. He did not appear. From that warrant to the Hawaii pickup is more than four years of an open felony case. That is the stretch the video is about.

The same morning in 2018 they charged Justin Patterson under 18F14683B with the same two felonies. Two defendants. Same paper. Same drop later.

He went live and called it gossip. He said wrong Wilfred, three hundred thousand Wilfreds, and fake records. The video puts that talk next to a letter that already used the word fugitive.

On 9 January 2023 Nolle Prosequi-the prosecutor stopped. There was no trial and no guilty verdict, but four years on a warrant and a Hawaii fugitive filing do not vanish because the State walked off.
