The treatment is never my starting point 💡
I always start with analysis.

At your consultation, we take a deep dive into suitability, skin type, undertones, lifestyle, healing patterns, longevity and more. All of this determines the healed result, long before pigment touches the skin.

This is how we can ensure results are predictable, not guessed.

Not sure which treatment is right for you? Let’s start with a consultation. Booking link in bio 🔗 by @labsuite

As of recent 🦋

I love what I do, I take pride in my work (notorious perfectionist) and adore the business I’ve created.

But life is bigger than work too. I’ve become intentional with being around good people, curating good moments, dressing up, slowing down, laughing and just LIVING.

2 years ago, I was ready to give up on everything (IYKYK)

I’m proud of what I’m building and still making space to enjoy the life around it 🤎 by @labsuite

SPMU Back to Basics - Episode 4: Does SPMU hurt? ❤️‍🩹

It’s one of the questions I’m asked most and the answer is: it varies.

Everyone experiences sensation differently, and the treatment area, technique and individual sensitivity can all influence how it feels.

For most clients, the experience is far more manageable than they expected.

Having said that, it is really important to understand that slight discomfort shouldn’t be confused with a ‘better’ or ‘worse’ treatment - good SPMU is about precision, restraint and respecting the skin.

If fear of pain has been the thing putting you off, hopefully this makes the process feel a little less intimidating.

🗣️ Let’s talk about HEALED results 🗣️

Fresh SPMU is not the final colour. This is why I tell my clients that trusting the process is so important.

Immediately after treatment, you’re looking at pigment through skin that has just been worked on with a needle, so the temporary redness and swelling can make colour appear stronger or different.

As healing progresses, superficial pigment is shed and the skin barrier repairs. What you then see is the retained pigment through healed skin.. your natural skin colour, pigment choice and implantation techniques all influence how that colour is perceived.

This is why I don’t judge a result by how dark or bright it looks on day one (and nor should you!).

The healed result is the result that matters 🏆 by @labsuite

A little glimpse of the work behind the quiet 🎥

-

I’ve been fairly absent on my feed for the past few months and truthfully, there’s no big strategic reason behind it. Life has just been full and I’ve been filling my cup along with it 🫶🏽

Running a business while being a mum of two, working, family and every other responsibility life has for me means that sometimes, something has to take a back seat. Lately, that something has been social media.

The work hasn’t stopped though - I’ve been treating, learning, refining and building LAB Suite all summer and I’m easing back in to sharing more of the work and process behind what I love and what I do. by @labsuite

POV: you trust me as your brow artist 🤍

Trusting your brow artist means allowing them to look beyond trends and make considered decisions based on factors such as your facial structure, natural hair growth, skin and long-term maintenance.

Brows play a significant role in framing the face. The right shape and place can bring definition and balance to your features and subtly change how open or lifted the eye area appears.

Good brow work is always about knowing when to add definition, when to keep things soft and when less will create the strongest result.

If you’re new here, LAB Suite is built for clients who want more than a quick beauty appointment.

It’s a space for thoughtful treatments, honest guidance, and results tailored to your face - not copied from trends.

My approach is simple: understand you first, explain the process clearly, and create results that feel natural and aligned with you.

So if you leave feeling informed, looked after, and confident, you’ve chosen the right hands 🫶🏽 by @labsuite

Contrary to popular belief, semi-permanent makeup isn’t just for people who love wearing makeup.

Many of my clients come to me because they’re tired of filling in sparse brows every day, struggling with uneven shape, or simply want to feel more confident with less effort.

SPMU at LAB Suite is tailored to YOU. Whether that means a barely-there enhancement or a little more definition. The goal is always to enhance what’s already there.

Natural hairstroke brow transformation 🖊️

This client wanted a fuller brow with more definition through the bulbs and arches, while still keeping the result realistic and seamless against her natural brow hair.

Using delicate hairstrokes, we enhanced the shape, added structure, and created a beautifully balanced brow that looks effortlessly fuller without appearing heavy or overdone.

The result: natural definition, a lifted arch, and brows that still feel completely like her own.

*Colour will soften by up to 50% after the first session*

Semi-permanent makeup is not a one-size-fits-all treatment 💬

The way pigment heals and fades is influenced by so much more than the treatment itself.

Variables like skin type, undertone, lifestyle, skincare, immune response and how the skin repairs after treatment have an influence.

This is why I place so much importance on consultation, planning and understanding the person in front of me before any pigment is implanted.

The goal is to always make decisions that support how the result will heal, soften and age over time 🪄

Save this if you’ve been considered SPMU! by @labsuite

Let’s start with the basics 🪄

If you’re still picturing harsh, blocky brows when you hear ‘Semi-Permanent Makeup’… it’s time for an update.

Modern SPMU is designed for people who are tired of filling in their brows every day, dealing with sparse areas, uneven pigment of the lips, or spending time perfecting features they wish just looked effortless.

Today’s techniques focus on soft, natural-looking enhancement that works with your features and not against them.

The goal is to look like you on your best day, every day.

And that’s why understanding modern Semi-Permanent Makeup starts with letting go of what you think you know about it.

When you think of semi-permanent makeup, what’s the first thing that comes to mind? Let me know in the comments!
