DM COACH and I will send you a link to my personal coaching application to see if it’s right for you!

“Why would I consider virtual personal training?”

1. Maybe you don’t want and/or have the time for the stress of creating your own effective workout plans every week. Let me take that off your plate and help you see results!
2. You have specific goals for yourself whether that be weight loss, muscle gain, a race PR, etc. and you want help getting there!
3. Maybe you’ve found that what you’ve been previously doing is no longer giving you the results you want.
4. You want someone to hold you accountable and offer advice to navigate life while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
5. In-person personal training can be expensive. Virtual training is an affordable way to give you results, and is still customized to your goals AND available resources.

Sooo, a few years ago I was struck by a car while training for a marathon.
Not my finest hour—10/10 would not recommend.
I eventually healed up and ran my marathon 7 months later. I was lucky.
.
But here’s the thing: it made me realize how invisible runners can be. Especially early mornings, late evenings, etc. It also made me think… could I have been more visible? Could I have done something differently??
.
My goal? Basically to promote safe running habits and because I enjoy fitness content😍
.
Go Lace Up and maybe just double-knot it today😉

Did I literally just birth a baby that hates the stroller???

Today I had 20 minutes of nap overlap (never happens)!Doesn’t sound like much, but that means 3 minutes of warm up and 17 minutes of getting the workout started before the baby woke up! Then the remaining 15 minutes I just prayed the baby stayed content on the floor😂. That’s pretty much what I’m working with right now… never perfect, but you can ALWAYS make it work… somehow lol.

To the man who started off as the boy in high school who wouldn’t stop talking to me 😉, who became my friend, first boyfriend, fiancé, husband, life partner, and father to our children… creating life from scratch is tough work, but we are doing it! Proud of our family ❤️.

I can’t tell if I’m doing better this postpartum or just forcing myself into situations where it seems like I’m doing better 🧐. Either way, I’ll take it! How do you survive the newborn stage???

When it comes to postpartum, every mother has their own timeline! I enjoy very simple movements about a week in to slowly reconnect with my deep core and pelvic floor muscles again. I also just miss moving my body, so I’ll focus on these breathing exercises along with light walking around the house and outside.

I like these three exercises because you are working with gravity 3 different ways.

If you are freshly postpartum, just remember it can take 6-8 weeks before your uterus contracts back down to pre-pregnancy size! So give yourself some grace these first two months!

Follow along if you’re interested on how I slowly return to exercise as a CPT!
