Hard work, especially through the roughest seasons of life, will always test your patience.

This transformation didn’t happen overnight. It wasn’t quick, easy, or perfect.

It took 2½ years of personal training at @amf_indy , countless early mornings, hard workouts, surgery and health setbacks, and choosing to keep going even when life made it incredibly difficult. It also included skin removal and a mommy makeover with @therealdrmiami to complete a journey I had already fought so hard for.

150 pounds gone.

But the biggest transformation isn’t what you see in these photos. It’s the discipline I built, the confidence I found, and the strength I discovered through every challenge. I’ve never felt better about myself.

I’m still a work in progress. Still learning. Still growing. Still showing up. So thankful for my trainer @jaeden.battista who has pushed me, supported me, and made me show up even when it was hard!

Because being the best version of myself isn’t about chasing perfection, it’s about honoring the woman who refused to quit. So proud of myself!

Here’s to continuing the journey, one day at a time. ❤️💪Cheers to 37!!
