As Sav finishes off her last week & day of chemo today I of course have to give her a shoutout. I’m so freaking proud of your strength each and everyday through all of this. If somebody’s gonna whoop stage four cancers 🍑it’s gonna be Sav. So proud to be your sister. You are a badass. Happy chemo break🥰💪 by @laceydeloach

Not many people can say they had a sister and best friend all in one. The day I was born she said “no” but the second we left that hospital together we have been inseparable since. To know me you had to know Savannah just as well because there was never a Lacey without a Savannah. We have always been inseparable and always will be💜 I love you forever Savannah, my twin, my best friend, my sister. This most definitely isn’t a goodbye, it’s an I’ll see you later Sav💜 rest in paradise my beautiful angel 💛🪽you were far too good for this crazy world we live in. by @laceydeloach

✌️2025✌️ if you would’ve asked me a year ago if I thought I would make it through the year I would’ve said, I hope. 2025 was the first year without my sister. It was full of grief, tears, changes, but it was the year I told myself to keep going and live how Savannah would want me to. I found a whole new love for life again. I know Savannah still managed to make sure I was okay like always, just from a different view. It was a roller coaster of a year. But, to end the year with a bigger heart, smile, friend group and love for life is something I never in a million years would’ve thought would ever happen to me. But, it did and I found the new “me” in the process. For that I am so grateful. Our God is so good. Thank you for another year.💛
