And I am getting very tired…

As you might know, I transitioned from the lovely life of full time teaching. I had 6 (yes SIX) jobs… it was so hard to juggle, and I was still struggling financially.. so I decided to get a 9-5 again. And that 9-5 has started to open up some doors and windows of opportunity :)

I was still teaching so much, and pouring into what felt like everyone’s cup but my own. Hardly ever making it to a class for myself, not eating well, always on the go.. but that was the exactly reason I decided to get a full time job, was to pour into myself. Financially, physically, mentally, spiritually. But keeping more classes than I wanted to, still waitressing, keeping social.. its been burning me out :(

So slowly, I quit my serving gig, and I am now starting to really cut down on teaching classes… just to fill my own cup, enjoy summer, and make space for some really big opportunities in my career, that will eventually allow me to pour more back into offering more yoga.

so, I will see you more next to you on your mat❤️ time to learn boundaries, balance, and what it means it fill my own cup!

I’m not quitting, just adjusting to what I need, and taking on less❤️ thanks for being here, xoxoxox by @laceymoves

A very happy international women’s day to you 🫶🏻

Being a woman has been my greatest joy and challenge. Every day I am surrounded by the most inspiring, strong, interesting, beautiful women. I am so grateful to be in spaces where I feel loved and uplifted.

Thank you to my mother line, my ancestors, to all women who came before me. For fighting so hard so that I could live the way I do. I get to have my own credit card, and I get to wear cute pants, and do work that fulfills me . I have the choice to live alone. I have the CHOICE. To be anybody I want to be. And for that I will always be grateful, and I will do my part in carving that path for our future generations of little women 🤍 by @laceymoves

Matters of the heart should not listen to the anxious mind, let go of the need to over think, and feel. (Words I tell myself)

Whispers and promises of spring, open heart, steady mind 🫶🏻 you are almost through

Obsessed with the results from this photo shoot with @pure_yogastudio (slide 1 and 5🤍)

2026 ✨

Moving into this new year with well thought out plans, hopes, wishes.

While I do believe the new year truly starts in spring, this day does hold weight and strong energy for planting seeds.

Today I am working on my vision board and refining my habits and routines to help achieve these goals.

When planning your year, I invite you to try and do so with gentleness and structure. Incorporating your wishes into habits and routines that are easy to stick to. Once a week, 5 minutes every night. Whatever fits, make it easy, make it enjoyable

A few habits I am taking with me this season
- waking up when my alarm goes off. No snoozing.
- morning walk everyday, indoor or outdoor, any amount of time
- Sunday accountability, check in with finances and fitness routines from the week before
- read 10+ pages daily
- 4 hours or less screen time
- adding commonplace books (bathroom/kitchen/couch) this will help with achieving a lower screen time, and becoming more interesting
- spend at least one hour every week creating, crafting
- morning and bedtime rituals

What habits are you bringing into 2026? by @laceymoves

Two full years since I got on a plane to the other side of the earth!!! Two years since I’ve been a yoga teacher. Those few months were so incredibly special🤍 I miss my people that are far away, I miss the food and the beach. Anyway, enjoy these few snippets of memories ☺️ by @laceymoves

Fear doesn’t have to be a negative thing, the things that are usually worth while are done so with a touch of fear. Let it fuel you 🌙
