Golden, crispy air fryer chicken thighs seasoned with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, mixed herbs, salt, pepper and a drizzle of avocado oil.

Air fried at 190°C for 25 minutes, turning halfway for that perfect crispy finish.

This salmon and egg bake is one of those meals that's easy to make but looks so impressive.

Ingredients: 🐟 Smoked salmon 🥚 Eggs 🧀 Grated cheese 🍅 Cherry tomatoes 🧅 Red onion 🥬 Spinach 🌿 Fresh parsley 🫑 Bell peppers 🧂 Salt & black pepper

Method: Mix the eggs with the spinach, onion, parsley, bell peppers, and the cheese. Fold in the smoked salmon, pour into an oven/air fryer safe dish, then top with the cherry tomatoes. Air fry at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden and set.

I served mine with a fresh Greek style salad and a creamy herb dip.

Perfect for breakfast, brunch or even a light lunch!

Another day, another Salad...
We love salad over here!
- Red onion
- Cucumbers
- Colourful bell pepper
- Basil
- Feta cheese
- Seasonings
- Olive oil

Serve with an air fryer meal of your choice. I had it with a breakfast egg bake.

Sometimes the best meals come together with whatever is in the fridge.

I sautéed onions, garlic, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and spinach with my usual seasonings, then poured in the eggs and let the air fryer do the rest. Finished it off with a sprinkle of feta and fresh parsley.

Served with wholemeal flat bread, or any bread of your choice.

Ham and cheese sandwich dipped in egg, then toasted in the air fryer until golden and crispy. Served with fresh mango on the side.

I used whole wheat bread for this particular breakfast.

Easy, cozy, and so worth it.
