Man big shout out to my guy @amin_gh74, from shoulder recover, to fire academy, picking up humans, back to the mats. You have stayed consistent. Now to walk down the aisle and what an honor it is that you allow me to help you and your lovely future wife Taylor. Let’s keep going till the abs pull up.

Today has been such an emotional day in a good way…..

I went back looking through my fitness and weight loss journeys throughout the years and found one of the biggest numbers I had ever seen on the scale back in 2018…. 293.5 lbs……

This morning I weighed in at 190.5lbs. Over 100 lbs less than that miserable weight and time in my life…….

I’ve used many tools over the years but the biggest tool has been my mindset…..change the way you think and it WILL change YOUR LIFE!!!

I no longer leave myself an “out” and I keep my emotional eating in check because those are the times my weight soared when I was depressed 😔

So when you see me dogging in the gym it’s because I’ve made a promise to ME to always stay as consistent as possible while encouraging others along the way…….

Fit Life over Fat Life….. if I can do it so can you!!! Get MOVING!!!!! And don’t
Let anyone discourage from using the tools that are out there to help manage your weight!!!!!
