PEOPLE; When people can’t compete with you… when they’re not as good as you…They gather in little circles… In little groups (called Bit**’s!), with like minded people, who don’t like you… who want to gossip about you, Who want to attack your character, because that’s all they can do. Instead of bettering themselves, so that they can get to your level, they would rather talk about you… PAY NO ATTENTION!! Don’t give them any energy, Don’t you spend any of your time focused on who they are & what they are saying & who they are saying it to. THEY ARE NOT YOUR AUDIENCE, they are NOT your support . They are people that would rather see you fall than to see you climb. YOU KEEP WINNING IN LIFE, that’s why they are talking about you. YOU KEEP THRIVING AND YOU KEEP SUCCEEDING. They are paying attention to everything you’re doing, because you’re doing it so sparkling ✨ well. SO DONT YOU GIVE THEM THE ENERGY & DONT YOU ALLOW THEM TO BRING YOU DOWN 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 by @lady_noora_jahan_official

My kind of birthday present? Priceless. No diamonds. No designer bag. No reservations needed. Just three peaks, three countries and a little reminder that I don’t need anyone’s attention or validation to feel complete. 🏔️ Three peaks, within three months, Noora style!! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon),1,085m 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Scafell Pike, 978m 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Ben Nevis ,345m The National Three Peaks , completed. 🇬🇧 Rain-soaked, exhausted, slightly unhinged… but standing at the top. Because luxury isn’t always something you can buy. Sometimes it’s having the freedom, strength and confidence to choose your own company. Money can buy a lot. But it can’t buy this view, health, #mental #health Happy birthday month me. 🤍 #threepeaks #hike #england by @lady_noora_jahan_official
#scafellpike August 2026 When the Mountains Call. #scafellpikesummit the highest mountain in #england challenged me in ways I didn’t expect. Walking it #solo gave me time to breathe, reflect and remember that even when life feels heavy, there is always another step to take. Sometimes, you simply have to keep walking until the view reminds you why you started. 🤍 The #mountains really were calling me… and perhaps they were calling me for a reason. A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful brands who supported me on this journey. Your support made this experience even more special, and I’m so grateful to have you alongside me @fijiwateruk @fijiwateruk @kovari.london @fairmontcheshire.themere @qavaliuk @bruncho_uk @bruncho.neo @garmin @garminuk @leki.outdoor @humantra @rifai.uk @rifainuts @aesop @sexyfish_manchester @wildsmithskin @arcticedge_ @saharagrillbirmingham @climbscafellpike @lakedistrictcumbria @cumbrialifemag @lakedistrictcumbria by @lady_noora_jahan_official

BEN NEVIS. THE FINALE. #scotland POV: I saved the biggest for last. #bennevissummit 1,345 metres above sea level. The highest mountain in the #unitedkingdom , standing proudly in the Scottish #highlands And I didn’t arrive here by accident…… Weeks of training. Walking. Running. Cycling. Strength. Recovery. Nutrition. Hydration. The right equipment. The right mindset. And a very stubborn refusal to quit. From Snowdon / Yr Wyddfa in Wales, to Scafell Pike in England, and finally Ben Nevis in Scotland . #nationalthreepeakschallenge completed solo, within weeks of each other, with record breaking times. My kind of luxury travel is slightly unconventional: Georgian hotels by night like a princess, a psychopath mountain hiker by day, and turning beautiful old buildings into forts before heading back out into the wild. Ben Nevis was wet, wild, beautiful and absolutely brutal in parts but crossing that final stretch knowing this was the last of the three was something I’ll never forget. Three peaks. Three nations. One very tired Birthday woman. And apparently… a serious addiction to mountains. 🤍 A huge thank you to every brand and company that came on this journey with me and believed in the adventure from the equipment and hydration to the nutrition and everything that kept me moving. @leki.outdoor @northface @arcteryx @ukonclouds @garminuk @garminuk @fijiwateruk @fijiwater @humantra @bazarmailbox @hautedolci @hautedolciedinburgh @razzopizzanapoletana @porsche_taycan @cakes_by_sana @scotland @scotland.explores @hiddenscotland @kovari.london @mailboxlife @ig_scotland_circle_ The National Three Peaks: COMPLETE. ✔️ Wales. When your Mini Kelly is too pretty to carry, so you eat it instead! 📍Knightsbridge really does have a different kind of sweet tooth. #london #minikelly #cake #birthday #knightsbridge @mazlum.1924 by @lady_noora_jahan_official
Birthday rule: surround yourself with genuine people, expensive food and an absolutely irresponsible amount of cake. @shezanlondon @mazlum.1924 A gorgeous day with my favourite human, the kind of friend who is rare, genuine, loyal. We started with Punjabi cuisine at the legendary @shezanlondon in 📍Knightsbridge, then somehow ended up at a #turkish bakery admiring my pink XXS #minikelly #cake like it was a financial asset!!! @mazlum.1924 📍Knightsbridge I’ve already cut approximately 10 cakes this birthday and, unfortunately for everyone around me, I have approximately 10 more to cut!! Calories? Irrelevant. Cake? Non-negotiable. Luxury? Obviously. Friendship? Priceless. @mazlum.1924 @shezanlondon thank you for tour hospitality 🤲🏽🤍 by @lady_noora_jahan_official
Solo dates, wild souls and a little reminder to celebrate life. 🤍 Spent the day @yorkshire.wildlifepark soaking up the #energy of these beautiful animals and finally meeting Altai, the tiger who’s captured so many hearts through the media. There’s something special about taking yourself on an adventure, reconnecting with nature and appreciating the beauty around you. Life is too short to focus on the negatives. Get out there, explore, embrace your own company and celebrate the little moments that make life extraordinary. Your own company can take you to some incredible places. #YorkshireWildlifePark #SoloDates #Solo #AltaiTheTiger 📍Yorkshire Wildlife Park by @lady_noora_jahan_official
