FLASH SALE THROUGH WEDNESDAY!

Craving more underworld mischief? Halloween may be over but the festivities continue!

Come on out in costume this Saturday from 6pm to 3am for a dance journey into the mythos of the elusive god Pan. Hecate’s torch lights our way across the threshold into the creature barn where wild magic flourishes. What fantastical, feral forms do you shape shift into when the walls come crumbling down?

Songbird & Starling is partnering with Meadowphoric Arts & Entertainment to create a mind altering immersive experience through the synthesis of dance music, ritual theatre, performance art, and the full permission we give you to play and reclaim the animal nature within.

A live band followed by three DJ sets traversing the world of deep bass, melodic techno, tribal beats, and more; a full lineup of performances all night; an elixir bar and tea lounge, wood fired pizza, and complimentary cacao before our threshold moment at 7:30.

Buy tickets now! Venmo @aurorastarling $30 to secure your spot before the end of Wednesday! Tickets will be $35 after that.

This is an 18+ alcohol-free, conscious event.

You have a message from the void ~ by @ladybirdlilith

A poetic time capsule of my time in Italy working on a friends ancient olive grove in Grosetto. We laughed and cried and drank the neighbors wine. What a time! Write, sing, fall in love. It’s all we can do. by @ladybirdlilith

angel ~

your halo
the skin that sits on your face
lost in euphorias meadow
we’ve found our place
I whispered upon sleeping ears
mouthed into the silent void
holding holding holding
close close close
breath caught in some moment
put your hands and i’ll let you hold it
awaken from this foolish dream
sung from an angel far away
i know you won’t stay

AHHHHH!!!! fuck i love my life. i love it when my life’s like this. i love you all. feck. by @ladybirdlilith

what a strange and sweet little year its been. full of whimsy and breaking and healing and play!

i had a big surgery in the spring that sent me on a long journey of slowness and compassion for my body. i made art with my friends and learned so much from all of them. saw the sea, but not enough, sang with lady gaga, rested deeply, and found a home in an oak savannah with my beloved. i also grieved so much, felt so sad on so many days, and felt so uninspired and lonely sometimes. grateful for it all, though, i know myself a little better. the fullness in emptiness, emptiness in the full.

my heart is so full so often, and i just want to squeeze it all out like lemon juice over this rich food that is life. wrap it up as a gift for the earth to swallow up with delight. by @ladybirdlilith
