This is exactly why we introduced UK cosmetic grade UV lash glue.
To help protect lash artists. To help protect clients. To help save careers.
It is still early days with UV lash glue, but we will see more reactions and more problems emerge, just as we have with traditional lash glue allergies. Why? Because so many of the glues currently on the market are not cosmetic grade. A huge number are industrial grade formulations, and that is simply not good enough.
Lash artists deserve better. Clients deserve better.
We have to raise the bar on product quality in this industry, not only for results, but for health.
This industry is still far too unregulated, and it is honestly frightening that products capable of making so many people unwell are still so widely available.

One of the reasons I LOVE Anime x Clover 🥹👀

It’s SO versatile. You can make it fluffy, spiky, soft, bold or a little more dramatic depending on the client and what suits them.

She actually brought me a photo of my own work at her patch test and said “I want these” 😭

So we went for an Anime x Clover with a kitten eye to complement her eye shape and features 🩷

And her reaction when she saw them at the end… 🥹 THAT’S the bit I love.

Seeing someone look in the mirror and genuinely love what they see will never get old.

No two sets are exactly the same because your natural lashes, eye shape and the look you want all come into it.

She already had long lashes. The problem was they grew pretty straight, so they never looked as long as they actually were.

This is one of my favourite things about a Korean lash lift. You’re not adding lashes, you’re changing how your own lashes sit.

And honestly… LOOK at the difference 😭

We lifted them right from the root, added a tint and kept the result really clean and natural. No extensions, no mascara, no faffing around with a lash curler every morning.

And because everyone’s natural lashes grow differently, I don’t just use the same shield and hope for the best. I look at the length, direction and the result you actually want and work from there.

Your lift will usually last around 6 to 8 weeks, sometimes longer depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare, so it’s such an easy one if you want your mornings to be a little less effort.

If you’ve been thinking about getting one, don’t leave it until you suddenly need your lashes done for something 😂 Especially with Halloween, Christmas and all the plans that somehow appear out of nowhere.
