Hi my name is Chelsea . I am 33 years old . I’m a home baker . A self taught baker . I’ve been baking for about 7 years I think lol I’m never too sure of time because of the pandemic , but that’s when I truly started to love baking . I had no restraints or rules and learn things on my own or from family. Even from the internet . But one thing that cannot be taught from online is putting love into what you do . My mom actually taught me . That no matter what I did, to always do it with love and never half behind . I hope you’re able to do the same thing. taken in Brooklyn, New York by @ladybugveganbakes

Salted Chocolate Chip cookie
The saltiness comes from the miso paste and flaky sea salt . What’s really nice is how the chocolate starts to blend in the cookie so it’s not too overpowering but then you get puddles of gooey chocolate . So excited about these . Even my grandma likes them lol . They will be at the pop up as well ! taken in Brooklyn, New York by @ladybugveganbakes

Baking has become a way of communication for me . It’s a safe haven . It can be where I’m most frustrated . But it’s where I love to create so I do it tired . I do it sad . And I do it happy . Sending love to all my babies who are feeling the feels like I am . by @ladybugveganbakes

Whats beautiful about experimenting is that you know what works and what doesn’t ! As much as I wanted my scone to be flower shaped they came out a bit wonky lol but I digress . These lemon blueberry scones will be on the menu for pop up . They are sweet tangy buttery and delicious! See you there #vegan #veganpopup #brooklynpopup #brooklynpopupshop #veganbakedgoods by @ladybugveganbakes
