Inbox message the other day🤗... I didn't know you were a travel agent!😊

Let me reintroduce myself...

Hey… I’m Charlene 🤍
Most people know me as Lady CB ✈️ Wife, Mom, proud Grandma and professional tambourine musician ... Hallelu.😊🙋🏾‍♀️🫶🏽✨️😘..

I built this business amidst real life.. showing up for my family, learning as I went along with skills from my corporate job growning step by step.

And over time on this 12 year journey, this became more than just booking travel…

It became a way to build something of my own and create income.

I do two things:
I help clients plan and book travel ✈️
(cruises, vacations, getaways) &
I teach women, especially 40+ how to turn travel into income using a simple, step-by-step system.

Either way, you’re welcome here 🏝🏖🌐🙌🏾

🌴🛳️ Lady CB Land & Sea

Well… THIS announcement caught my attention today!

Royal Caribbean Group and Sandals Resorts announced a new partnership that brings together two brands I’ve been booking, traveling with, and investing in since the beginning of my travel business.

So many possibilities for land and sea vacations we can create!

When I see two brands I know and love moving in this direction, it gets me thinking about what's ahead.

Because travel isn't standing still.🎉 @royalcaribbean @sandalsresorts #excited #legacy by @ladycb23

I’ve been in the travel business for a long time, and I still believe this:

We market one of the best products in the world. 🌎✈️

You can’t put a price on the memories people make.✨️🙌🏾
The anniversary trip, the family cruise, the girl's getaway, the birthday celebration and that first passport stamp.🌏
And when you can build a business around helping people experience more of the world?

Now you understand why I keep showing up.

The product is travel.
The business is people.
The mission is service. ❤️

They built the Obama Center right where my story started 🙏🏽🙌🏾 South Side forever!🏙

Walking through the library today brought back so many memories of growing up and going to school on these exact blocks. It is amazing to see the neighborhood getting the shine and honor it truly deserves.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🎉🎉🎉🌐🌏

Because when you're responsible for getting a whole family on vacation🏖, a little planning can save you a whole lot of ..:."Now, why didn't anybody tell me that!"

Life is going to life.

Whew… sometimes you just have to laugh because what else are you going to do? Real talk 🙏🏽

There are things happening in the world that we can't control, storms we didn't see coming, and people dealing with things they never expected.

And then there are those personal storms… the ones you don't post about. The ones you just quietly carry.

So if that's you today, let me remind you of something: Hold on to hope. ❤️

You don't have to have it all figured out today.
You don't have to know how everything is going to work out. Pray, breathe, and keep moving.
Believe that this moment is not the end of your story.

Life is going to life… but don't let life make you let go of hope.

If you needed this today, maybe somebody else does too. Share it with them. ❤️

Anything worth learning is going to take some work. ❤️

Jesus had a job. 😂 So who am I to think I shouldn't have to put in the work?..yep l'm a PK. Preacher's Kid🙌🏾🤗

I've spent years learning, growing, asking questions, taking classes, attending workshops, and yes…I’m still learning.

Grandma would say.. learn something new every day.💛

What I've learned is that sometimes God allows us to learn something so we can turn around and help somebody else.

That's what I love about what I do ..educating, serving, and sharing what I've learned along the way. ❤️

So if you're learning something new, don't be afraid to put in the work.

Stay teachable. God can do a lot with a willing heart. 🙏🏽❤️

What are you learning, growing in, or trusting God with right now?

We all have THAT travel friend! 😂✈️

You know the one...
The friend who says, “I'm not going” and somehow ends up with a suitcase packed. 😂

Or the one who needs a snack every 30 minutes...

Or the one who's already planning the next trip before you've even gotten home! 😂

I know y'all have one! 👀

Which one are YOU? 😂

Tag your travel friend! ✈️❤️
