To live freely and boldly alongside the people you love is one of life’s greatest gifts.

My heart is full, my stomach aches from laughter, and my mind feels lighter than it has in a long time. I came to Spain with no expectations, and somehow it became everything I needed and more.

Barcelona captivated me in ways I can’t fully put into words. The city’s architecture tells stories through every curve, corner, and carefully crafted detail. You could spend hours gazing at a single building and still discover something new each time you look.

This trip reminded me to slow down, be present, and soak in the beauty around me. Every laugh, every view, every moment was a gift.

Loving Black women is a lifestyle. It’s in how we show up for each other loud, soft, healing, growing, and always evolving. It’s in choosing to be our full, authentic selves in a world that doesn’t always make space for that truth and doing it anyway, unapologetically.

It’s the way we share love, wisdom, style, and energy. The way we turn pain into power, and still find joy in the smallest things. It’s community. It’s safe spaces. It’s checking in, pouring into one another, and reminding each other just how worthy we are EVERY single day.

We are culture. We are resilience. We are beauty, depth, and “fly shit” all wrapped into one.

Happy Women’s History Month to all women, but especially to BLACK women. May we continue to love each other deeply, support each other loudly, and never dim our light for anyone.

Being Black in America today means walking through life with both the weight of history and the fire of resilience in your chest. It’s knowing that your existence is both a protest and a masterpiece a blend of beauty, brilliance, and survival.

It means smiling through the struggle, loving in a world that hasn’t always loved you back, and finding joy even when the world tries to dim your light. It’s the quiet pride in your ancestors’ strength, the loud laughter shared in community, and the endless pursuit of peace, justice, and belonging.

Being Black in America is complex, it’s pain and power, fear and faith, burden and brilliance. But through it all, we remain unbroken, unbothered, and unstoppable.

Black is not just an identity…it’s a legacy, a rhythm, a revolution that continues every single day we rise.

Dear God,

As I close out Chapter 31 and step into Chapter 32, I just want to say thank You. I’m truly grateful for this life You’ve uniquely created for me. I see the impact I have, and I’m constantly reminded of it through the love, words, and appreciation of those around me.

I’m blessed to be surrounded by people who genuinely see me, love me, hold me accountable, and show up….consistently and intentionally.

Thank You for the freedom I live in…a freedom so deep that it gives others permission to live freely too. 🙏🏽

As I continue this journey, my only request is that You keep covering me and everyone connected to me. Bless everything I touch, and continue to show me just how good life can really get.

Thank You for my past. Thank You for my present. Thank You for my future. I’m grateful and I’m excited.
