Today isn’t just the last day of 2025 — it’s the beginning of something bigger. The Diaspora Annual Return’s Christmas Cantata reminded us that nation-building begins with compassion.

Through the combined efforts of public institutions, private partners, and volunteers, 500 orphans were fed, gifted, and included in a moment of joy and dignity.

Children were celebrated.
Community was strengthened.

As we close 2025, may this spirit guide how we show up for Liberia in the year ahead.

The last few weeks were a whirlwind, but I'm grateful we paused to intentionally slow down for Thanksgiving 😊. Some traditions of "togetherness" are worth keeping. Thanksgiving isn't my fav oh, but I think it's important because it reminds me to move from a space of gratitude 💖.

One thing the Liberian community will do is circle around & support those we care about when they lose a loved one. I don't always get to show up, but when I do, I also always appreciate the chance I get to connect with friends & family. by @ladykezzo
