POSTS STORIES REELS

To us, sterilization and safety are our TOP 🔝 priority!

We cannot emphasize this enough: keeping our clients and nail technicians safe will always come first.

That’s why we follow a strict, multi-step disinfection and sterilization process for our tools and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our salon.

We will never cut corners to save time or money when it comes to proper sterilization, professional equipment, or your safety. When you come to #ladylavkaphiladelphia we want you to feel confident knowing that cleanliness and safety are taken seriously every single time.

These rigorous hygiene standards are deeply rooted in the Eastern European approach to professional nail care and are an essential part of performing a Russian manicure.

✨ Watch this Reel until the end to see every step of our sterilization process and discover one of the things that sets Lady Lavka apart from a traditional nail salon.

Your beauty matters. Your safety matters even more. 🤍

TPO (Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide) is a photoinitiator that helps gels cure and harden under UV light — the same technology used in dentistry for fillings and bonding.

While some European countries have restricted TPO due to potential skin sensitivity with overexposure, in salon use the amount is extremely small — and once the product is fully cured, it’s locked inside the gel, meaning it doesn’t touch your skin.

At Lady Lavka 💙, we care about both performance and safety — that’s why we offer TPO-free builder gels and colors for those who prefer gentler formulations, without sacrificing strength or shine.

💎 The Longevity of Builder Gels — Perfect for Medical Professionals

Builder gel isn’t just about beauty — it’s about durability. In high-demand professions like medicine and healthcare, where hands are constantly washed, sanitized, and gloved, traditional manicures simply can’t hold up.

Builder gels are formulated to bond directly to the natural nail plate, creating a strong, flexible layer that resists chipping and separation even after repeated exposure to disinfectants. Once cured, the gel forms a non-porous, sealed surface — meaning it doesn’t absorb liquids or bacteria, making it safer and more hygienic for those in medical fields.

For doctors, nurses, dentists, and lab professionals, this means:
• 💧 No peeling or lifting after frequent washing and sanitizing
• 🧤 Smooth, glove-friendly surface — no snags or edges
• 💪 3–4 weeks of retention with proper prep and alignment
• ✨ A polished, professional look that lasts through long shifts
