💛🧳 The Risk Worth Taking 🧳💛Had such a great time last night at the sneak peak for @teriijeoma new book, “The Risk Worth Taking”that comes out on July 14 ✨4x Olympic Gold medalist @sanyarichiross asked some great thought provoking questions as Teri walked us through the inspiration behind her new book & dropped gems of insight when it comes to stepping out on faith, not being afraid to pivot, and how trading can positively impact your entire life. Sweet St. Pete 💕My mom wanted to go to a beach, and I’m always down for a quick getaway.The food was great, the beaches were beautiful, we got to visit some museums and everyone we met was so kind. Today felt like a hug from God 💙Quick storytime ✍🏽I grew up in a Methodist church and was sprinkled at age 6, but I’ve been wanting to be fully submerged 🙌🏽.The last few years have consisted of so many moments & situations where growing in God was the only option I had. I’ve been learning so much more about God: His character, His timing, & His love. And also giving Him room to introduce me to the “me” He created me to be: how He made me, how He designed my heart, and what He wants to do in and through me.The last few weeks have been so emotional, because there’s a beautiful exchange that takes place when you fully submit to knowing: God knows best 💙 His timing can be trusted 💙And if it’s not good, He’s not done 💙I took yesterday off, prayed at sunrise, chased a waterfall, and then treated myself to all things self-care. I wanted to go into my baptism knowing I was loved & free ✨And to go into that pool today knowing that my desire to please God is the deepest prayer of my heart, filled me with so much joy and hope in the future. And then seeing my village of friends & loved ones right after was absolutely priceless. Coming to @thechangechurch , and growing in God was the recipe I needed to be the Lea He’s always wanted me to be 💕. I’m so grateful. Lent (and fasting in general) is so much more than giving up food. I think it’s a special time to give up something “symbolically” to show God He’s first, and a divine way of asking Him to speak to You clearly. I’ve learned so much from fasts, and many times it’s just me being still and making room for God to tell me whatever He wants me to know in that season. If you haven’t tapped into fasting yet but want to, know you’re not too late ❤️. When you make room for God, He shows up. Every. Time. And He’s never late, even though sometimes it feels like it 🙃. His clock/timing is not like our own ⏳. But He can be trusted 💕#christianinspiration #lent #fasting #inspiration #faith by @ladyleafaye

In 2026, do something outside your comfort zone 🩶I’ve always looked at the Bible as 66 books of God writing love letters to His people. So I wanted to do a mini series (and get out my comfort zone by recording videos) highlighting my favorite Proverb of the day, leading up to Valentine’s Day 💕 - as a way of speaking on encouraging scriptures as a “love letter 💌” to those believing God has a beautiful relationship He wants to gift them.#christianinspiration #inspiration #motivation #anxiety #faith by @ladyleafaye
