After 18 years together, here is what I've learned about marriage:

Always start with prayer, not asking for romance, but seek wisdom for each other.

Women need to feel loved, men need to feel respected. It is a simple concept, but it requires a lot of effort to execute. It takes two to tango, both tanks need to be fulfilled.

Good communication is key. Make no assumptions, always communicate what you think, feel, hope, and experience throughout your day. No one is a mind reader.

Appreciation over expectation. Accept each other's strengths and weaknesses, work through the weaknesses together, and maintain the strengths.

Time twogether is necessary. Make time. Add humor in between.

Keep your private matter private, no need to tell the whole world through social media whenever you have domestic issues

Dengan jadwal darderdor bersyukur bisa finish tanpa cidera cuman sempet tikusruk doang 🤣. Thank you partner strong ku @zavaninurhikmah yg udah bikin gua inspired utk serius latian lari demi mengejar dirimu. Thank you juga coach @fitrifxx_ yg udah banyak ngasih ilmunya..

Walopun banyak tragedi sebelum event yg bikin kita ga pernah simulasi bareng, ngatur strategi aja sehari sebelom 😆 tapi kita bisa had fun yaaaa.

Last but not least, proud of my self for achieving target my virgin hyrox mengalahkan waktu virgin hyroxnya luna maya 1:41 🤪 by @ladyoflist
