You’re allowed to become someone your old life no longer recognizes.

You can change your mind.
Outgrow old habits.
Leave old versions of yourself behind.
And choose differently now.

Growth doesn’t require permission and you don’t have to keep performing who you used to be just because other people are comfortable with that version of you.

Grateful for the gift of contentment. 🤍

Grateful for life, for how far I’ve come, and even for the things that are still unfolding.

I’m learning that contentment doesn’t mean I’ve stopped wanting more for my life. It simply means I can appreciate where I am while still believing in where I’m going.

So I’ll keep showing up. I’ll keep trying. I’ll take the opportunities that come my way, and I won’t give up on the life I know I’m capable of building.

I am grateful for now… and still very much aware that I’m meant for more. ✨

Things I wish I knew at 25… ❤️

At 25, there were so many things I thought I understood about life, love, people, purpose and even myself.

Then life happened. 😂

Now at 35, I’m realizing that some lessons can only come with time, experience, mistakes, growth… and GRACE.

This is one of the reflections from What Life Is Teaching Me at 35 and honestly, there are some things I wish I could go back and whisper to my younger self.

But maybe that’s the beauty of growing:
you don’t have to know everything at the beginning. You just have to keep learning.
