Isn’t she lovely?

This meadow was made for a dear friend who’s been dreaming of a piece like this for some time. This color palette is an all time favorite of mine, so it came together with such ease and alignment for me.

If you guys missed my stories a few days ago, I mentioned a shift in my framework and leaning in to my multitude of passions and not being afraid to show them and include them in my business. I love being multi passionate, as so many others do. Only now I want to live it as well as love it. Here’s to a mindset shift.

Be prepared to see a name change and rebrand occur over the next several weeks as I live up to that declaration. You can expect to see many art forms and mediums coming from me, but all made with equal intention and love. Bugs are still a priority, but I welcome the new and the old creative expressions. by @ladystarlace

Friday’s the day, I have a release coming your way!

Today I didn’t make art.

I walked in the woods.
I held my daughter’s hand.
I ate cookies with my children.
I tended my home.
I ran with my husky.
I lifted heavy weights (with pr’s)
I daydreamed.
I taught my son how to tend his curls.
I took photos.
I listened to a book.
I pet sheep and pigs.
I kissed my husband.

I lived.

Maybe I made some art after all.

This piece is a homage to making art, but it’s actually just us living life.

This was a labor of love and I’m quite smitten with how she turned out! It took a few attempts turning this piece into a shadowbox before I finally settled on this. And I think this will be my method from here on out. Who would have thought after four years in this space I’d still be learning new things!

I like to think it keeps me young 😉
