I love going back to Kansas. For me, it’s like stepping back into time. Driving on those dirt roads put such a smile on my face. 🌾💛 So peaceful, so raw, real. Homemade everything. 🙌🏽 oodles of laughter and a million stories of small town debauchery 😂 a few too many beers on the porch watching the storms roll by 🍻 waiting for the cows to come home… making sure all the calves are still there 🐄 cruising around looking at the wheat 🌾 becoming a #cornhole champ! Shooting the shit with my dad. It’s been far too long since that happened. It was nice being back in small town Kansas. 💛
The sounds, the smells, the people, the barn cats, the quiet it’s all delightful. And that breeze moving through nature, mesmerizing.

First and foremost thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes I truly, truly appreciate it!!!!

What a trip around the sun it was!
Cheers to 🍻 New friendships forged, new facets of self discovered, stellar music, deep belly laughs and Gratitude.

(@erinmarieatx our laughter in the video reminds me of @beavisandbutthead 😂😂)

A ton of change occurred, buckets of tears were shed. Boundaries crossed, walls challenged, multiple heartbreaks, loss, fear, frustration!!
Old wounds, once again, bubbling up to the surface to be re-examined and tested for sensitivity.
…. It must of been the year of my shadow.
A year of Growth.

But alas I made it through, stronger than ever. 💪🏾❤️
I do believe we must go through these every so often.
They stretch us, giving way too New perspectives, simpler pleasures, and deeper joys.
💖🌟🌟

Incredibly grateful for all who crossed my path this year!
I am so damn excited for what’s to come in this next Chapter around the sun!!!!

She was the runt of her litter
the last to be born.
So small and so perfect.
I was instantaneously in love. 😻
We were destined to be friends.
It has been an absolute joy spending the last 12 1/2 years together, although that was not nearly enough.
I’m so grateful to have had you by my side. Such an incredibly sweet and gentle soul, patient and understanding, but also took no shit. 😸
You forever changed me. Made me a kinder person, a better person. You taught me important life lesson.

You were loved

From your first breath to your last.
And Beyond.
