{Visual identity & Logotype} for @liber__the, based on what makes it a free association: its intellectual dynamism characterised by the angular shapes of the lettering and the bright yellow colour. 🟨⬛️ Through a play on words, the name of the medium connects two distinct universes, freedom and tea, which confront and combine to form a coherent whole. The visual identity had to reflect this fusion of universes: the square shape at the centre of the logotype is used as the connecting point between the two entities. This play on typographic signs continues with the accents, reflecting the vitality and energy of the medium. The yellow colour is used as highlighting and underlining, reflecting the intelluctual insight that Liber-Thé and its guests bring to the topics discussed. Font : HappyTimes by @velvetyne_type_foundry 🗽☕️ @liber__the is a platform for reflection on contemporary liberalism, run by three young Swiss committed to freedom: Jérémie Bongiovanni, academic associate in legal affairs at the Swiss embassy (Washington D.C.), @nicolasjutzet, essayist (Zürich), and @DiegoTaboada, senior researcher at @AvenirSuisse (Zürich). This French-language online medium, whose ambition is to ‘infuse freedom’, proposes responses to contemporary challenges based on classical liberalism.
