This right here… is how sunflower seeds are harvested in some parts of the world.

When the sunflower heads are fully dried, farmers can beat or strike them to loosen the seeds. It’s simple, effective… but very labor-intensive.

Sunflower seeds are rich in healthy fats, protein, vitamin E, and antioxidants that support your skin, hormones, and overall wellness.

This is one of the powerful ingredients I use in my protein blends… not just for nutrition, but for what it does for the body over time.

Nothing in my blends is random. Every seed has a purpose.

Available to order for 16,500 per pack.

If you have specific needs or want something tailored to your body, send me a DM for a custom blend 🌿

In all thy getting this month, get yourself some psyllium husk. 😂

Nature’s Broom! Rich in soluble fibre, it absorbs water, adds bulk to stool and helps support regular bowel movements. Your gut deserves some attention too!

Low Cortisol Life means;

A little more sunlight in the morning. 🌞

Eating breakfast without rushing 🥯

Taking a slow walk 🚶

Dancing a little 💃

Enjoying a cup of tea☕️

Putting your phone away 📞

Laughing a little more 😂

Saying no when you need to 👎

Going to bed on time 🛌

Taking a break without feeling guilty 😴

Sometimes, supporting your body’s stress response starts with these simple everyday moments.

Less rushing, more living. More room to breathe. 🤍

Not everything went as planned, but so much made sense along the way ♥️ by @lafameholistic

Not every form of self care has to be a whole routine.

Sometimes, it’s just slowing down, taking something good for your gut, and doing little things that make you happy 😍
