POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

For my first trip leaving Florida and the United States for the first time, I traveled to Switzerland. I won’t have this story be too long, but I will say without a doubt this has been everything I’ve imagined and more. Not to mention, I visited Germany as well as going to my first theme park ever. “My first time…” is a phrase that sums up this whole experience. The breath of life has filled me in a way that I never imagined… I was locked up a long time within myself, but the past year I’ve unlocked the door to so much that is here now and ahead for me. I have a very small circle of people in my life that I value and love so much 💕. It’s a humbling feeling that they value me too. I thank each and every one of you and you know who you are for being perfect to me. This trip to Switzerland is only the beginning for me… My goal is to live on this side of the world and I will accomplish it 💯. It’s not a move that’s based upon not loving where I’m from because I do. I just understand personally, spiritually, mentally intellectually, and creatively that this is what’s best for me. The best moment of my life by far has been all of this. A notion to continued success and humility through it all!!! #switzerland #germany #europe #travelling #goals by @laff__music

Tonno Aglio E Olio(tuna garlic and oil) is what this dish is. This dish is very simple to make, and you will enjoy everything about it!
Ingredients:
1 pack of spaghetti noodles
4 garlic cloves( chop into thin slices)
Fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
3 Fresh or frozen tuna steak
Quarter cup of olive oil
Quarter of a cup of white wine
1 teaspoon of salt but add more if needed

Start by baking some fresh or thawed tuna steak in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Once tuna is done set aside to cool. After the tuna has cooled down, chop it into small chunks. Set aside, and begin boiling the spaghetti noodles as the package recommends. After noodles have boiled and are done, set aside. Don’t drain the water off the noodles because pasta water will be needed. Next in a large saucepan on medium high heat, add a quarter cup of olive oil. While oil is heating up, go ahead and add the slices of garlic cloves. This will prevent the garlic from burning. Once garlic has slightly browned, add a quarter cup of white wine. Low your heat to medium low and stir ingredients together for two minutes. This allows the olive oil, garlic, and white wine to make somewhat of a sauce. Next add the noodles to the pan along with the cooked tuna. Mix the ingredients together for a few minutes. After this, add fresh parsley and red pepper flakes and mix everything on low heat together. Add salt at this point cooking for a preferred taste. Once everything is to liking, begin to serve. You can substitute a different seafood for this recipe or you can go meatless because the dish will still be aglio e olio! #agliooliopasta #pasta #pastalovers #simplemeals #simpledinner #italianfood #homecooking #cooking #healthyfood #healthyrecipes #garlicpasta #tuna #tunapasta by @laff__music

Turkey and Chicken Teriyaki Bowl

Ingredients for teriyaki sauce:
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tablespoon of ginger paste

Avocado dressing
3 ripe avocados
3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 cup of water
3 minced garlic gloves
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 whole lime for juice
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes(optional)

In a large pan or wok Sauté vegetables of your choice first. I went with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower. Sauté them until slightly crisp, and remove. Next begin cooking 1 pound of ground chicken and 1 pound of ground turkey. Cook until meat has browned through. Next add your teriyaki sauce to the pan and cook through until sauce and meat shows a nice thickness and consistency. Serve with rice, noodles, or potatoes. I served mine with a homemade avocado dressing and rice and it’s a bit that should be tried.
