Сегодня обедали с сыном в Lagman Express.

И знаете, что мне понравилось больше всего?
Даже не буду начинать со вкуса.

Мне было интересно посмотреть, **как всё происходит изнутри**.

Кухня открытая — видно, как готовят, кто готовит, в каких условиях. Чистая посуда, порядок, продукты, сам процесс приготовления — ничего не спрятано от глаз посетителя.

Для меня это очень важно.

Потому что красивую вывеску можно сделать за деньги. Хорошую рекламу тоже можно купить. А вот чистоту, отношение к продуктам и порядок на кухне долго изображать не получится.

**Lagman Express уже открыл свою третью точку.** И когда ресторан растёт, но при этом старается сохранить качество — это хороший знак.

Да, хозяин Lagman Express — мой друг. Поэтому скрывать этого не буду.

Но именно поэтому я и решил посмотреть внимательнее, прежде чем что-то рекомендовать своим подписчикам.

Посмотрел. Попробовал. Сын поел. Кухню увидел своими глазами.

**Рекомендую. Всё чётко. 👍**

И вообще, я считаю, что наших людей, которые создают хороший бизнес, дают работу другим и держат качество, нужно поддерживать.
