A genuine dream scenario came true… commentating at the Premier League Golf Classic at Formby Hall Golf & Spa Resort, with Wakey the Caddy alongside me as co-commentator.I honestly did not see my world going here.From pulling into Formby Hall full of excitement, to trying to find Head of Production Anthony, we somehow bumped into Ben - who I had no idea was going to be my videographer for the day. What a sensational coincidence.Then Wakey and I got a small look behind the curtain at what goes into the back end of a live event production… and if you can make sense of any of it, good work.Before the action kicked off, we headed out onto the course to make sure we had the best knowledge possible and ended up having one of those proper “take it all in” moments. The place looked sensational.We also found time to test ourselves on the famous Wall of Fame hole-in-one challenge at Formby Hall, where there’s a chance to win £100,000. Definitely one to check out if you get the opportunity.It was also amazing to see Connor there, a videographer we’ve had the pleasure of working with a few times now. Him and Wakey looked far too cool for my liking.As the day started to wind down, things got a little bit crazy with the Wall of Fame lads heading back to the tee box to give that famous hole-in-one another go.Then we signed the night off properly - a few drinks with some top lads, including the Apeiron boys who have genuinely become friends, as well as Glenn Whelan and Dean Whitehead. We had David Bentley showing off his moves, and getting a picture with the cup was an unreal way to finish it all off.Well done to Middlesbrough on the day, and a massive thank you to the Premier League Golf Classic, Formby Hall, Wall of Fame, the production team, all the sponsors and everyone who made the day possible.These are the kind of moments I’ll never take for granted.Now go hit some golf balls.#PremierLeagueGolfClassic #FormbyHall #GolfContent by @lagolf.channel

Hearing what @brt_toursauce thinks is wonderful about this sensationally torturous game. Knowing that you can go to a cause and truly put yourself against your favourite tour pro. Yes, maybe not be too delusional, but enough to believe you have the chance is what this beautiful game does to us.It was a genuine pleasure to chat to @brt_toursauce he made us feel like his time was infinite and made it look like so much fun to be a tour pro. One of the craziest weeks I’ve ever had in golf… 🤯⛳️It started with the honour of caddying for Whitney Hillier at the AIG Women’s Open. Seeing tournament golf from inside the ropes alongside Wakey gave me a whole new appreciation for what caddies do.On Tuesday, a last-minute idea turned into an LA Golf Channel golf day with 28 golfers… all organised in just 36 hours! Safe to say it escalated quickly. 😅Wednesday was practice day at the Open with Wakey, Mark from The Halfway Hut, Paul, Fin and Jon. Watching the world’s best up close, hearing their insights, and seeing Padraig Harrington being pure class with the fans was something special.Thursday was unreal. Our first LA Golf Channel golf day was everything I hoped for, followed by an incredible evening at the Scottsdale event. Catching up with so many brilliant people, including Gonz and Gogie, made it one I’ll never forget.And to top it all off… playing golf inside a football stadium. 🤯 Massive thanks to Upper Deck and Hill Dickinson for making that happen.Weeks like this remind me how lucky I am to be part of this amazing golf community.
