A prominent Haitian American humanitarian and healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience, Evrose brings a wealth of expertise in public health, management, and comprehensive anesthesia services as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and clinical preceptor for the University of Miami. In 2024, she expanded her impact by opening a primary care practice right here in North Miami, focusing on managed care and chiropractic rehabilitation. Deeply passionate about cultural preservation, she is also the founder of the Billboard-recognized Haitian Compas Festival, the largest celebration of Haitian culture outside of Haiti. Evrose’s extensive academic background includes degrees from the University of Florida, Florida International University, and the University of Miami, culminating in dual board certification and an Honorary Doctorate in Ministry for her remarkable contributions to community health nursing. A true leader in civic engagement, she serves as Chairman of the Foundation and Chair of the Empower Our Families Committee for the Alpha Gamma Delta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and has actively partnered with the State Attorney to combat human trafficking and domestic violence through the Global Innovative Foundation. Her tireless work has earned her the Key to the City of North Miami, the Humanitarian Healthcare Professional Award, and recognition as one of BPM Global's 100 Black Leaders 2025. Guided by faith, Evrose resides in South Florida with her husband, media mogul Rodney Noel, and their two children, Annave and Isaiah, and remains steadfastly committed to strengthening and supporting families across our community.

Today I was blessed to witness the naming of a street after @mgepsie Metellus. It was a truly deserving honor and a merit fit for her dedication to our community. I want to use this opportunity to express my admiration for @mgepsie and I’m grateful for her support throughout the years. You are a true inspiration and model of grace. Your professionalism is unparalleled and you are a true representative of being ‘Your Sister’s Keeper.’ Thank you for being there from the very start of our journey with @haitiancompasfestival and have remained along our side this very day. I am proud of you and celebrate you today and every day! 🇭🇹❤️💙 #legend #leadership #haitianexcellence #blackgirlmagic #fyp @highlight by @lagrandedameofficial
