I took 6 Level 1 Certs 🙋🏻‍♀️ and it LIGHTS ME UP to teach Level 1 over and over and over again.

Sebastien recommends refreshing your Lagree game every 6 months because this a live and ever-evolving method.

Also, there are many different teaching styles across Master Trainers — some MTs are highly technical/science-focused, others spend lots of time on skills refinement/art-focused.

My certification approach is: foundations first. We’ll learn (or re-learn) Lagree method principles (starting from 1.0; we’re now on 3.0 😅), group fitness fundamentals, sustainable cueing structures, and proper ways to study self-sufficiently.

Are you freshly certified and feel you still need more direction?

Are you seasoned and feel burnt out, uninspired or simply not up to date on all the changes?

You’re invited to my upcoming Level 1 on May 3 + 4. This weekend virtual 💻✨ certification is 40% off for you.
