I see you like a scar that forgot how to fade- still there when it's quiet, still sharp when it rains. If I sleep, will you visit like you used to do? Or just stay in the places I never meant to lose by @lainaa.grace

Thank you Mean Girls

Listen- I'm not one to cry and be sappy about closing shows, but there is just something about this one that I know is going to live in my heart forever. When I went back to IMTF for this audition, I was in the process of slowly losing my love for performing and forgetting why I was really there in the first place. The cast, crew, and production team have all turned my life around this summer. Each and every person involved in this show have each affected me in some way, and they've pushed me to remember that this is what I LOVE TO DO!

I believe that music and art are here to bring us together, and that is what we all did with this show. We laughed and cried together, we performed, we made memories and friends that we'll never forget, and we looked good asf doing it too 😼😼

I was given the opportunity to understudy Sydney for Gretchen this summer, and I couldn't be more grateful. Sydney was the BEST mentor, and the sweetest girl. Love ya😽😽 by @lainaa.grace
