It’s a good thing I don’t need to describe the joy I’m living in because I’m completely past words. I don’t need to describe it because it’s all right here!- captured, bolstered, encouraged, built by the kindest people I’ve ever known. Me and Joe’s engagement party was the stuff of little me’s dreams - something big me couldn’t be more fortunate to have and hold, forever. 28 years of a hundred cherished loved ones in a building together, loving each other the way I love them. Thank you to Chason and Maria for the care and incredible food, thank you to Gabby and Scott for being there for us from literal day one, thank you to Kendall and Ashley’s beautiful eye for capturing the best of us, to Kate for our invitations and crossing any states to be there for our special day, to Charly’s unreal baking ability, to each of our friends who taught me what love looks like long before I ever found my husband, and continue to deepen it each day. August the 2nd began the rest of our lives together, surrounded by a kind of joy I never could’ve dreamed of. The gravity of the love we share has brightened every aspect of my life - my friendships, my family, my outlook - everything that made my life worth living before you came into it has grown and deepened beyond my wildest dreams with you as inspiration. Thank you to all my earth angels who helped my man pull off the greatest day of my life thus far, to everyone who’s toasted champagne with us since, and to every last one of the hundreds of you who have reached out to wish us well. I will spend forever being grateful for the gift of you 🤍 taken in The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York by @lainaivy
