nature inspired art + city sounds 🌱🏙️

the prompt:
- find a cozy spot outside
- find various rocks/sticks/leaves (that are already on the ground) and sprinkle them on you’re page
- take a marker(I have a micron) trace loosely the shadows and outlines of the foliage
- remove from the paper
- doodle away.

Get as abstract with it, give it an emotion, keep it exact, create something completely different, whatever you are feeling

soccer and track:
taught me what it means to work harder than I’ve ever worked, push my body and mind past its limits, & keep going even when I think I can’t anymore.

led me to the most AMAZING PEOPLE I could ever hope to meet over the years. Connections I will keep in my life forever.

shaped me into the person I am today and gave me a foundation to build on throughout the entire rest of my existence.

I owe everything I am today to being an athlete and am grateful to have experienced every single high and every single low that came about through these sports.

thank you soccer and thank you track🩵
