I do not own the rights to any of these songs ; that my Lunny Poo has been jamming out to! Proud and estatic are a few ways I feel when I think about all of her musical and instrumental growth over this year since attending @ocsapopularmusic Londyn, would get so flustered right before a family recital but now she goes on stage and plays her heart ❤️ out with all her little talented friends. She's blossomed 🌸 into this bright, confident, self aware, calm, and magnetic little star 🌟 I'm so excited to see what next year brings as she becomes a freshman in high school because she's only in the 8th grade!! 😭 Keep growing and thriving my #Lunnypoo I love you more than I can express in words #AppreciationPost #TheBeetles #Prince #@kehlani #Lunnytheguitarist 💜 by @lakahea26

Happy Born Day to my beautiful 😍 Lunny Poo! 14yrs old a true teenager now! I am so proud 👏 and impressed with the young woman you are growing up to be. You're kind, compassionate, Hella sarcastic, thoughtful, resilient, courageous, talented and intelligent. You always keep it 100% with me even if you're supposed to agree with everything I say! You're truly one of my bestest 💛 friends. Having you helped me understand why my mom was so passionate and protective over me, but once I met you, I knew there would be nothing else on this earth 🌎 worth risking it all for. I hope you enjoy your day and your new guitar #6. 🎸 #lunnybaby #forevermommiesbaby #youdabomb #coolestkidiknow😎 by @lakahea26

Tag this dancer! While we were all enjoying live music by @mevina_official , these tamahine all jumped on stage🥹🤍 One in particular just caught my eye. You never know whose watching you 🥰✨🩷 by @lakahea26

#heivaSanDiego2025 @heivasandiego2025 Definitely one for the books. I am beyond proud of Laila for not only placing #1st in Advance Taure'are'a vahine 11-13yr but also for her hard work and dedication preparing for this competition. She practiced 5 days a week and begged me to stay late to practice with the adult class. As a mom, I never want to force my children in a direction they have no passion for, but Laila's persistent attitude to improve her craft made me have to push harder to meet her demands. This competition brings out the best competitors, and it brings so many wonderful groups together to showcase the beautiful island of Tahiti!

This win 🏆 🙌 also was made possible by @tiana_nonosina @riki.liufau and most definitely all the assistants @leila.jade @jaidanma @courtneymesiii and @eli.tiguelo ! All the extra privates, the late Friday 🌙 nights at #HuiManu, the constant critiques, and the love ❤️ 😍 💖. Thank you, we love you.

Thank you also, @kehau415 for always making Laila's costume sets, @eli.tiguelo for your attention to detail and beautiful head and neck piece and @sant0s6 for keeping Laila and letting her tag along with you when I couldn't make it! It takes a village and I'm glad to be a part of @nonosina 's village.

Special thank you to my family for their constant support and help with Laila as well. @kuuipo_making_a_change @1111_clarity_1111 by @lakahea26

⏳ From Procrastination to Perseverance: The Journey to Becoming an Agent ⏳

This journey started at 19—with the classes, the loan agent job, and the dream—but like many of us, life got in the way. Between raising kids and self-doubt, the license stayed on the back burner… until it didn’t.

After years of stop-and-start, she finally took the test (twice!) and became a licensed agent in February 2022.

Because sometimes the timeline isn’t perfect—but the follow-through makes it all worth it. 👏

Selling a home isn’t always about getting the highest price—it’s often about helping clients find peace and closure in a new chapter.

Sometimes, the process brings up mixed emotions, and as agents, it’s our job to keep clients on track, especially when the journey isn’t an easy one.

Real estate is about more than just property; it’s about supporting clients with compassion. 💙
