East Saint Paul is a very interesting area. Have a you ever been to Swede Hollow Park? Off east 7th street. If you’re in the area you should check it out. Really cool history. From a village site for Dakota people to the colonization of the area. Many immigrants settled there starting with the Swedes, then Italians, polish, Mexicans, and many more.

On the Eastside we have a spot called Phalen Regional Park. We often talk walks there. It’s a beautiful lake. As you walk around, there’s really cool things to look at. One of which is a small waterfall that flows into the lake. On a nice day it’s good to come by. Listen to the water trickle down. Listen to the birds chirp. It’s real calming feeling.
If you get to the Eastside go ch em out the park. And go listen to our new song “Take it Slow” taken in Saint Paul, Minnesota by @lakayjunqtion

Driving down I 94 East heading to the Eastside. Rainy day in the twin cities. Jazz music playing in the background. At that moment I felt a certain calm. A voice said Take It Slow you’ll get there.
