Leadership is a big word often thrown around as a clout word but let me tell you about this leadership group-

We all understand without our agents our leadership would not exist!
We are built to serve others and we are passionate about learning ways to improve for our agents.

👀Each person here started at the bottom and worked their way through the process. They failed forward (lots of times) and pushed past many excuses. These individuals lead with servants hearts and genuinely show up for everyone around them even when it tough. They care about impact and lead with love.

To have an leader that takes time to share his knowledge, his passion and his vision is absolutely fascinating - this is leadership!
When you provide clarity, direction and support that is needed that resonates through the entire ecosystem. That’s impact-

When his question is “What can I do to support your role?” Isn’t just a cliche’ question but truly he stops to hear every voice and find a solution to make each day better - that’s LEADERSHIP!

The people in this group share ideas, they share struggles and they are there for everyone around them and that is what really matters!

I am beyond humbled having the opportunity to learn, grow and implement from people who truly support me 👏🏼 is magical! ✨💖

We may be four offices but together we are:
ONE unit!
ONE vision
ONE goal
To be the best support system for our agents, their growth and our community!

This is literally EVERYTHING! And yes we have fun together too! Friendships forged through fire and FUNdaMentals 😂 We all are a lil crazy but hey 🙌🏼 welcome to Real Estate
A place where ya gotta be a lil crazy to play!

Love you all and thanks for all your love ❤️ by @lala.gotcha

The stadium is shaking.
The score is tied.
One possession.
One decision.
One play.

That’s all that separates champions from everyone else.
The second half of the year is here, and while some agents are already thinking about next year…

The winners are making their moves now.

Breakthrough 120 isn’t another class. It’s your game plan when the pressure is highest.

Because businesses aren’t built when it’s easy. They’re built when the clock is running out.⏰

The whistle is coming.

Will you finish the season watching 👀or winning 🏆

Welcome to Breakthrough 120. Let’s go. by @lala.gotcha
