Five years later, I’m coming back to FOTOGENIA. 🖤 So happy to share that ‘cadena perpetua’ has been selected for the 2026 FOTOGENIA International Film Poetry & Divergent Narratives Festival in Mexico City. I first screened at FOTOGENIA five years ago with ‘Daughter of Eve’, an experimental documentary I made as an undergrad. It feels incredibly special to return now with ‘cadena perpetua’, a film that represents a very different moment in my life and practice. Nos vemos en CDMX. 🇲🇽 Cinco años después, regreso a FOTOGENIA. 🇲🇽 #ExperimentalFilm #CineExperimental #cdmx by @lala.lind

2025 was a year of growth, change, adventure and deep self exploration. From getting my first MFA and starting my second to seeing wonders natural and human made alike to saying goodbye for now to LA and then moving across the country. This year has seen me through becomings, experimentation, learning to be far from everything and everyone I love (except Loki) and knowing that I can still be connected ❤️❄️✨ wishing everyone a happy 2026 🌙 by @lala.lind

First full day in new home. Excitement, exhaustion and everything in between. Leaving my comfort zone behind, moving to a place I never visited, all in the pursuit of fulfillment and a deeper connection to my true self, whatever that might mean. ft. Loki, who has journeyed with me from coast to coast and distracted me so hard at TSA that I sent my unexposed Polaroid film through the x-ray, giving it this pretty tint ♥️ taken in Buffalo, New York by @lala.lind

My journey with education continues ✨ After three magical years, I’m leaving LA and moving to Buffalo NY to pursue an MFA in Dramatic Theatre Arts (Acting) at D’Youville University. (Yes, I will have 2 MFAs 🌙). My love for theatre and performance has only grown and I’m excited to dedicate my focus to training in acting and performance the way that I did for film for the past seven years. I’m grateful for every step of the journey as my artistic practice continues to develop and grow. 🎥Stills from my thesis performance/installation shot by @ellaberke and @autumn.hartley 💕 by @lala.lind
