These microbeads, though! 😍

From the installation process to the gorgeous blonde reveal! 🤍

Individual microbead extensions for that seamless blend, added length, and beautiful fullness!

Tiny beads, BIG transformation!

One of the things I love most about being a hairstylist is the beautiful conversations I share with my clients. ❤️ I especially enjoy revamping the hair of one of my longtime client... sometimes she brings me her delicious Puerto pasteles and she always brings her best stories and always has me laughing. It’s more than just doing hair it’s about the connections we build. 💇‍♀️💕#blondehair #blondehighlight #cliffsideparknj #njhairstylist #hairreels taken in Snip & Sip Salon by @lalorett

Remember when I said all ladies hate the gray hair and this client was embracing her grays? Well that was short lived and now it's back to blonde! We blended the grays with this pretty #blonde Older reel below 👇 #grayblending #grayhairjourney #cliffsideparknj #njhairs taken in Snip & Sip Salon by @lalorett

It’s not always about the length...Sometimes it’s all about the fullness.

We added 16” extensions to create more volume, body, and that beautiful, fuller finish—while keeping her length looking natural.

Black box dye ➡️ dimensional brunette 🤎

A color correction transformation worth the process. Look at that shine 😍

16 years behind the chair… and now social media needs me to be a content creator too 😅

I know how to color hair, but this content creator thing? Definitely a new skill for me 😂 And finding the time for it is a whole other story!

I have so much respect for all of you who consistently create and post. 👏

So here’s a little salon life lately… beautiful hair, clients I love, and me figuring out Reels along the way. 🤍

Be gentle & patient with me while I learn this 😛#cliffsideparknj #northbergennj #njhairsalon #hairstylist #salónlife taken in Snip & Sip Salon by @lalorett

There’s blonde… and then there’s this blonde. 🤍 A haircolor correction

Bright, dimensional, blended, and still soft enough to grow out beautifully.

Save this for your next hair appointment 🫶🏼#cliffsideparknj #haircolor #balayage #hair #blondehair taken in Snip & Sip Salon by @lalorett
