It's my birthday today. Gifts and drinks won't fix how I feel about getting older. I have to say it's awful getting older 😅. The only one good thing for me being older is I listen to less of the crap outside. More to the voice on the inside. The media, the social media, the time, the past. It permeates - Yuck. Hopefully each year I'll get better and better at this!
