I don’t know how to express the feeling of knowing Kairos is now out in the world. There’s always a moment where I start to worry about how my music will be received. But with Kairos, I have no doubts. Maybe I don’t care because I love this EP. I’m really proud of it. I know it is special. We all do.

So I’m just really stoked it’s now released.

And the vinyl is sick too. Black Stardust is my fav. But they’re both so cool! And officially up for pre-order!

Enjoy! And thank you for listening. Means a ton to me and the boys. by @lambertropolis

Thanks to all who have taken the time to listen to Kairos. These days it’s hard to convince people to check new music out, especially strangers and even old fans. Which can be understandable because things are so over saturated and noisy, overstimulating, and endless. But that is one of many reasons we chose to do this project as an EP trilogy. We wanted to release music that is intentional, sincere, and quality driven, not quantity driven.

So we really appreciate every single person that has sat with this new EP. We are proud of it and hope you are too. by @lambertropolis

Before the album releases tomorrow, swipe through for some personal thanks because without these people in my life, Kairos wouldn’t be what it is.

Thank you. 🖤

Daniel —

This guy goes above and beyond for the band on the daily. He communicates seamlessly between technical aspects and creative elements when it comes to live shows and practice and he’s just a damn loyal guy through and through. Love you buddy.

My favorite thing he did on Kairos is the big washy notes on the verse in Origins. He really captured the feeling of beauty and desperation.

Jordan —

The best way to put this is Jordan is my drummer soulmate. And by saying that I realize it makes it sound like he’s only a drummer to me but it’s meant to express how talented he is. The other half of Jordan — the best bud side, is kind, encouraging, funny as hell and is equally meaningful to me.

Favorite part on Kairos is the chorus beat on In Reverie. I mean really the whole song he just lit on fire but I’m almost certain that the chorus beat is my favorite drum moment across my entire catalog.

Nick —

I don’t think anyone else (except Aysha haha) can out support my creative aspirations than this guy. Long time best bud. Nick can’t help be eternally oozing musicianship — even when not playing with us hes constantly writing, recording, and even playing any open mic nights he can find.

My favorite thing he did on Kairos is the guitar line in the post chorus of You Betcha. It gave that part so much movement and angst.

Aysha —

I can’t reiterate this enough — none of this would exist without Aysha. She has and always will be my muse. But as we started in on TCAA she did not remain a passive muse in the corner for me to gaze at and write poetry for. She handles almost ALL of the business, all while juggling homeschool, being a mom, and all the other never-ending daily tasks. It’s unreal.

My favorite thing she did on Kairos: Aysha sat with me every night up in the studio while I mixed and finished the EP. She was my encouragement when I’d doubt myself and she would challenge me when I’d sometimes fall into my stubborn creative ways. She suggested some of my favorite moments on the EP — like the p by @lambertropolis
