Hi everyone!

I’ve just made a pinned post so if you happen to land on my page… this is where I’m at and what I’m looking for!

I’m really keen to get stuck into some more varied work and continue to develop in my craft.

Thought I’d post another O2 Ritz event up here given I actually managed to take a few videos during the slightly more chilled parts of the night (for me!)

This was the international freshers’ welcome party last night - such a fun event and a lovely team of organisers to communicate with!

The vibes were good and we got lots of hi-fives and handshakes from students at the end… not a given so always a nice surprise 🤣

I had such a great first tech shift at @o2ritzmanc last night!

It feels really weird to have done my first lighting shift in a venue where I’ve done so many other shifts… I felt really proud to operate lights in the same venue I’ve done so many bar shifts, ticket scanning shifts etc. The O2 Ritz has played such a huge part in my journey (even if just for allowing me to pay my bills whilst focussing on learning and shadowing!) so this felt like a really special moment.

It was such a cool event, quite different to anything I’ve worked before, and one I hope to work again! taken in O2 Ritz Manchester by @lampymilo

I had a great time at the weekend shadowing @mgsproductions at @rdrfestival @o2vicwarehousemanc

I was even able to get hands-on with an MA desk for the first time and run lights for @ihloband who played an amazing set on the main stage!

A big thank you to everyone who was so helpful and keen to share their knowledge - and also allow me to be as hands-on as possible with set-up, pack-down, and everything inbetween!
