I’m excited to share the final result of my work after completing the POST 4.0 bootcamp at @isaevworkshop — an intensive and challenging experience that helped me grow as a VFX artist. Here’s the breakdown of what I’ve been working on.

This breakdown is the result of many months of learning, experimentation, and growth.

Over this time, I created three shots from scratch — from concept art to the final composite.
The work included tracking, 3D integration, lookdev, compositing, and color correction — all done using industry-standard tools such as
Nuke, 3D-Equalizer, Cinema 4D + Redshift, Unreal Engine, and DaVinci Resolve.

✨ What I learned:
Everything you see on screen was new to me.
But more importantly, I learned how to think like a professional: how to follow a real production pipeline, analyze other artists’ work, and constantly improve my own.

✨ What helped me grow the most:
Curator feedback. It pushed me beyond my limits and gave me clarity on what to improve and how. Thank you very much David.
Also, the community was amazing — a space full of honest critique, real cases, and shared growth.

✨ What’s next:
I’m open to new challenges and collaborations — especially in film, music videos, and commercials.
Ready to keep pushing forward and work on projects where quality comes first.

I’m excited to finally share my latest cinematic project, inspired by a fragment from Gideon the Ninth.

This project took me through the full cinematic pipeline — from previs and character animation to the final atmosphere, lighting, VFX, and sound.

Along the way, I explored different techniques for character and facial animation, built and textured the characters, worked with cloth simulation and baked hair simulation, and created the environment to capture the dark, mysterious atmosphere of the story.

Lighting was another big part of the process, helping me push the shots toward a more cinematic feel. I also worked on VFX and, for the first time, created my own SFX — experimenting with different sounds to bring the scene to life.

Huge thanks to my friend Riley @_riley.sullivan_ for being part of this project and bringing the Necromancer to life with her voice. 🖤

I’m also incredibly grateful to my school @isaevworkshop and the mentors who guided me throughout this bootcamp — for all the new skills, knowledge, and thoughtful feedback along the way.

And, of course, thank you to all the students who went through this journey with me. It wasn’t always easy, but sharing the experience, challenges, and progress together made it so much more rewarding.

This project taught me a lot, pushed me outside my comfort zone, and gave me the chance to bring together so many different aspects of cinematic production in one piece.

7 days. 3 countries. 111 km.
We completed the Peak of the Balkans Trail with my friends, crossing the mountains of Montenegro, Albania, and Kosovo.🇲🇪🇦🇱🇽🇰

Seven days surrounded by incredible mountains and peaceful valleys, countless kilometers, campsites, and adventures. We climbed to the summits even through heavy rain, met all kinds of animals along the way, and in the evenings, lay by our tents, simply watching the incredible starry sky.
And the best part? We got to experience it all together with friends. We laughed a lot, got completely exhausted, and fell asleep within seconds after each day on the trail.
One of those adventures you want to experience all over again. 🥹💕
