Hello to all my new followers! It's nice to meet you!

I'm building a private network of composers, producers, vocalists, instrumentalists, and songwriters for current and future opportunities across trailers, games, film, television, and custom music projects.

If you enjoy writing to creative briefs, collaborating with others, and creating music for media, I'd love to hear from you. Submission form is linked in my bio. Please do not DM me. by @lanabuimx

This time next week, I'll be speaking on a panel with these fine folks for @thepmamusic PMC 2026, about one of my favorite things I get to work on, as a trailer music supervisor - Customizations for Trailers. There is SO much that goes on in between curating music for selection to the customization of that music. It's truly a collaborative process and I'm excited to shed some light on how and why it's done. See you there! by @lanabuimx

At the @guildofmusicsupervisors State of Music in Media conference, we asked music supervisor @lanabuimx about her favorite music placement.

After hearing Lana talk about the creation of this, we went back to listen and were blown away🤯

I am so excited to be a part of this panel to discuss those experiences alongside some really awesome folks! We're continuing to announce our incredible panels at the 12th Annual GMS 'State of Music in Media' Conference on Saturday, August 15th!

There is no single path to becoming a music supervisor. Join us for a conversation with music coordinators and supervisors who will share the unique journeys that led them to careers in music supervision, highlighting their diverse backgrounds, experiences, and opportunities that opened the door to the field. Designed for aspiring supervisors, music creators, and industry professionals, this conversation will explore various ways to break into the profession, challenge common misconceptions about the "traditional" route, and offer practical insights for building a career in an industry where every path looks different.

"The Entry Point to Music Supervision" features panelists @cherylwang_x @allysonaranez @lanabuimx and Dylan Kane-Ritsch moderated by @sweetontopmusic

It’s been a good story and it’s served me well, but I don’t want that story anymore. - Theo Von

These photos represent two very different seasons of Lana. I am now someone who makes promises to herself and keeps them. I upended my entire life about four years ago. When it felt like I had hit rock bottom - when it felt like I had nothing left to pursue - I decided to pursue myself. I chose to align my actions with the person I wanted to become every. single. day.

About 2 years ago, I made a commitment to my health, and I fully agree with fitfluencer Chibby when he said that “Getting in the best shape of your adult life is a spiritual, mental, and emotional process more than a physical one…It’s about who you become [on the way]”

This weekend I surpassed my goal weight, and the Lana I am today is everything I said I wanted to be. Damn it feels good! And better yet, I am proud of myself. taken in Los Angeles, California by @lanabuimx
